My Son came with a Tourist Visa 3 Entrys.

After the first Entry we did a extension of 30 Days on Immigration.

Now he is on the 2 Entry.

My Question is can he make a other extension of 30 Days after the 3 Entry?

If you are the Father and you legalize your Child in your Contry ( a lot of hassle!! ) that you are the Father then your Child have 2 Passports and then on the Immigration no problems. I do it since 2008 the Law chanched.

I Think you are write. I hade all the Paperwoerk with me Birthzertifikat from Thailand and Switzerland

But they give me the wrong Stamp.

I hope I dont will have problem if I go out of Thailand ones.

Yesterday I went to Immigration to renew my Visa ( not 50 not marrid but have a Son in Thailand).

So fare so good it woerkd out easy in 45 Minuts i had my Visa stampd and By By.

Today i have a look in my Passport and they give me i Retierd Visa but I am not 50 I am 48.

Is that O.K or I have to be worry about?

What I here from the Officer yesterday, if a farang have more then 100000 Baht per Month no hassel and stamp the Visa very fast.

What you think about that?

I am Living on Non O in Thailand Because i have a Son here but not married and not 50.

Last Year it woerkd out good.

Is everithing same then last year? Or I have to bring somthing new?

My first Son now 18 Years old is Swiss Sitzien.

He want to visit me and stay 1 Year with me together.

Wat kind of Visa I can get for him?

Bigshots have to do the same then everybody but it is Easyer for them because the have the Money. Have a nice Day tatom and woerk on it. And secound it is not hard to stay in Thailand. Even for Smallshots / Tangmoo/

If you are Sick and cant go to the Border you need a paper from Doktor or Hospital and the Immigration will accept this.

I Never will Understand how you make Overstay, you have a Passport and you now wich Day you have to go.

Sorry but your Passport and your Visa is very Importent.

Think about sombody do it in your Country you are not Happy also.

Is it so hard to look on your oewn Passport?

My Friends they want to move to Thailand.

He is over 50 and he now he need 800000 Baht in Bank.

For Overstay the should make it very expensive, because it is easy to go the write way.

About Visas, they should do everybody personel. Because we have a lot of people they are retired but not 50 Years old.

Many People are not Married but have Childrens give a Visa for Parents.

Wy always Married look the Thais they Married without Papers and they have inaf the are gon.

Take all the black Scheeps no Woerk Pormit, Overstay long time, Criminals unsw. out of te Countrie because they make it hard for the others People they want to go the clean Way.

And do for good Staff at the Immigration.

Again Sorry you sayd you go on 5 April to Laos. Thats Saturday and the Embassy is closed on Mondaymorning 9AM the open and you collect your Visa on YUsday 1PM and then you can return to Thailand.

Vientane is a very nice City and good to visit 1 or 2 Days. The Hotels are cleane and on a good price. You dont need any asistent for Visa. Take a Taxi to the border and go to the Embassy and make the Visa youeself very easy and no hassel. The Hotels are not fare from the Embassy and after 1 Day you collect your Visa and go back to Thailand. Have a good trip

I make every Year my Non O / Ok I do a Muliple/ and I always have to show Money.

Maybi for singel Entry you dont have to?.

As you are Swiss it seems a bit strange that the Basle consulate/embassy is asking you to show money.

My son is Thai (born here obviously) and I have been told I can obtain a non-imm 'O' visa as long as I produce his birth certificate at a Thai consulate. Does anyone know if this is correct? I'm not married to his mother by the way.

Your Embassy have to legalize this paper.
