  1. it's a sad futile song...

again why are we so hung up on the human body and make it ugly/obscene?

i find a porn a nice pre-sex turn on and my wife likes it too. we are not talking about child sex here, just normal porn which has been around for millions of years.

oh my god there is a girl over there wearing a string dress how disgusting burn her at the stake!

    sad.

fatty (im going to sue the bbc for exposing me to janet's breast - i'm now emotionally damaged, is that deranged?)

  2. ok i can give the pm the benefit of the doubt - in that they didn't know what they were up against and perhaps thought genuinly that it was another virus.

    two points -

you can't catch bird flu from eating cooked chicken. SO ITS SAFE TO EAT CHICKEN AND EXPORT IT.

between 20million - 50 million people died last time bird flu mutated with human flu in 1918. SO IT'S NOT SAFE TO LET A BIRD POO ON YOU OR DROOL ON YOU.

some would say, what is all the fuss about?

    fatty (not watching the skys)

  3. oh dear

why is everybody using gwb as a role model?

    first we get mass executions.

then they upset the farang with putting the sqeeze on them through visa fee's.

    then they outlaw scanty clothes.

then they introduce 12 o'clock closing.

then they try to white wash the bird flu outbreak.

(and there are still no public toilets or showers on pattaya beach)

drug dealers deserve to be tried in a court of law - human rights/un (world thai image problem).

world crisis sars/iraq/bad world economy the thai's should lower the visa fee's and make them easer to get. what do we actually take out of thailand, nothing and we put a lot into the thai economy.

scanty clothes - easy targets, tackle social ills like poverty and don't behave like the human body is ugly, it is natrual, you are only giving your children hang ups, which will affect them in later life.

let people enjoy life, the government should be called the anti-life party, closing bars won't stop the young experimenting with sex/drugs/alcohol, they will just go somewhere else to do it, apartment or a park, back of a soi or beach, at least in a bar they are in public.

in 1918 bird flu crossed over to mutate with human flu, this created a super flu, it killed up to 50 million people, this is too serious to cover up or play stupid tit for tat games, we all need to work together to get rid of it. the thai government should have sought help straight away from 'who' and shouldn't have been so arrogant.

please get some young people into the government and modernise thailand because we love this country.

    fatty (egg head)

  4. hello

i have looked around chonburi for shops that sell decent hi-hi. i don't recognise any of the brand names, although there is a shop sri racha, that sells bmw/bose etc. but i am really looking for mission or acoustic research speakers? plus i'd like a yamaha amp with dts and digital in.

richer sounds in the uk have some great deals 6000 bht for mission speakers! but they wont ship to thailand.

does anyone know how the thai brands compare with other hi fi in quality etc.

  5. dave you seem to be one of the few people here with more than 3 brain cells.

yes i think you are right, the contradictory reporting and the huge amount of pills, i think even a shoulder bag couldn't carry them all! so i think there is more to this.

i'm going to go against all the right wing nonsense and say that i believe all drugs should be legal (why should anybody tell us what to do) and probably those people who rant on about brits and druggies and such, or calling for the death penalty, probably drink coffee (addictive and mood altering) smoke cigarettes (cost the health care budget billions from cancer and heart disease ) drink alcohol (cause of the majority of domestic crimes, violence and murder)

i know this is a little off topic but try not to be so hypocritical in your rough justice.

you don't see people on e beating the shit out of their wives every sat night!

check out the stats on deaths from e then check the stats on deaths from alcohol abuse. it's a ratio of about 2/10000 nuff said!

i think this guy is being used for propaganda purposes?

    fatty (hang um high)

  6. black jeans in the thai heat? um

the different stories are rather strange..

how can you damage e tablets apart from throwing them in water!

well that must be the answer. he was over heating from the mixture of taking e, the thai sun and black jeans.. and the police had to hose him down before the arrest and the tablets disolved into his jeans?

    fatty (hung over)

  7. if you have tt&t you can buy t-net monthly unlimited. if you have tot i'd go for isdn even though it's 10,000 years old and monthly asia net as that isp supports isdn without any extra charges.

    hope this helps

  8. actually i.t. manager i have bought 4 privilege cards and have pinned them on my wall to improve my game of darts.. i heard they are going to issue privilege cards with pics of thai politicians.. now perhaps i can get the full set.. my wife is prone to using them as beer mats.

the fat man (two beers later)

  9. i can't see why anyone would want to surf domestic only sites? i always thought the idea of the internet was global (cheap) communication plus a worldwide library at your disposal!

the price still hangs around the 6000 bht mark and has done for the past year.

and as mentioned earlier you may only get slow speeds. we are sticking to our isdn with tot. same price as normal line and same charge for calls as normal phone line. 350 bht a month to asia net. sorted!

the fat man (one beer already)

  10. yes i have a thai driving licence and i had to produce all the mentioned paperwork and it was a easy thing to do.

however, i also wanted a motor cycle licence and had to take a written test.

i have tried 4 times to take this test and failed, the main problem is that the english is so dire, i couldn't really understand the questions. (well that's my excuse)anyone had a similar experience? oh and by the way the last time i went there i took my wife to act as translator but they wouldn't let her translate from thai to english!

    fatty

  11. my wife and i want to fly down to penang to apply for a o marriage visa as mentioned in an earlier thread.

question - do i need a visa from the maylasian consulat to get into malysia? or can i get a transit visa at the border.

just a quick update on our findings. we called penang thai consular today and they said that all you need is 5000 bht/family book/id card/marriage cert./passport/2 photos.

when we asked about not having to go outside thailand every 3 months they said we would have to go to our local imagration office to ask.

when we asked about weither i needed money in the bank they said no - just bring the documents. this seems to have changed slightly? i always thought you needed money in bank but now apparently you don't - at least that is what the consulate said.

    fatty

  12. this kind of thing really is bad. yes the thai's have enough problems of their own and they don't need foreign criminals exploiting them and yes these people are probably targeting the already poor and needy.

i say throw them in jail to teach them a lesson, before sending them packing. i really find these kind of people nauseating. barf
