Well he isn't in the USA we jail people
-
Well said, although he would be in a detention cell while his lawyers argue in any normal country.

So, nothing small or practical then?
Just bulldoze an entire city and rebuild to your specs.
Well make sure older retirees are kept outside. But yes essentially bull doze it.

You keep saying that, but there could be legal reasons why they have only apparently submitted a blue Interpol notice ...to be fair you understand very little about Thailand and the details of this case going on your posts.
Thanks for your confidence in my ability to understand shit. If he is wanted you issue a red alert. That's how you bring fugitives to justice and it has nothing to do with Thailand. It is international protocol. Interpol doesn't conduct itself according to Thai culture. Thanks for playing.
There is a warrant or there isn't.

They could issue a red notice to interpol and not let him settle in it is too late now.

The guy is a billionaire all he has to do is outsmart the Thai government. You really think he is going to give himself up?
-
and yeah if i have money like that guy it probably won't matter.
-
I hope Thailand issues the warrant but it isn't the duty of foreign jurisdictions to do their job. They haven't even issued a warrant.

Please try to keep up with yourself, you asked me about evidence not about convictions
" Where is the cops evidence he got ran over as long as we are asking. "
He only stands accused and as far as I can tell a free man who can go where he wants
-
They didn't even issue a warrant today.
-
I will make a bet that he will never be apprehended. ok?

Research it, he already admitted what he did, made his excuses for fleeing the scene and paid out to the family.
We went through this already before he has not been convicted

Nobody cares? ....the Thai public want justice, and the perpetrator is on the run even though he is protected by one of the richest and most powerful families in Thailand, so your point doesn't really stand up to the facts.
The Thai public wants Facebook. They don't demand much and this isn't what the netizens post about daily. This is something I believe only farang care about.

Where is the cops evidence he got ran over as long as we are asking. The longer boss goes the less there is.
-
All cops here are assumed to be corrupt
-
Nobody cares because he only ran over some stupid cop. Had he run ever a baby it would be different. There isn't a lot of respect for cops here.
-
It doesn't seem to matter here. But let's not get over zealous praising a man in uniform that most likely didn't enforce anything other than bribes.

The family are not the only thing that matters, the Thai public are not happy how it was handled......& at the end of the day it was a public servant who was killed so it's not exactly straight forward, the fact the family are "happy" just complicates things, can we even be sure the family are happy and they weren't just intimidated into taking the money to settle the matter?
public servant=corrupt cop

I mean many of us here can't even take the hardships back home in our nanny states. We would probably go somewhere else if we had a billion dollars. Could somebody give me a reason why boss should turn himself in?
-
Honestly I don't think anybody here would volunteer to go to a Thai prison if we could avoid it. I know I would cry like a little girl and avoid it at all costs.

They wont say the word because they have no interest in bringing him to justice. 5 years of nothing tells you that.
15 years more before the statutes run out. He will stay in a luxury villa and let the clock run.

That is their job and lets be honest, they have done very little to bring him to justice.
Having said that Thai justice isn't the same as Western justice. The family got paid off so they are happy.
And at the end of the day that's all that matters.
All they have to do is say the word. Other countries aren't at fault. The Thai government can say the word.

England doesn't have any power to give him refuge only the UK can do that, but I'm curious why you think the UK shouldn't be criticized or shoulder any blame for harbouring criminals on the run, in this case a self confessed cop killer?
Because he isn't there and left before a warrant was issued. There still isn't an international warrant even today. He left the UK in April as far as anybody knows.
So unless he is there right now I don't think the UK has the burden of shame that this idiot is causing.
If he is there than I am wrong. If he isn't there now this has nothing to do with the UK.
