First at all in this is: Using capital letter in the way you did, shows that you're an egoistic and egocentric person who didn't accept the meaning from differently thinking person. The same is also to see in your other posts in this topic.

Who's listen to the official News and/or Television should know the Reality! And their came the question up: Why so many of you legitimate the actions from that group? Why even some Foreigner are within that group?

It should be a shame for any human who is legitimate, allowing or even just accepting such actions.

Members like Koo82 are glorify everything what that group is doing! Are they are paid by that group? Or employee of them or the Shinawatra Family's business?

The events of one day - or even several days to which you and others might like to refer - don't take away from the point that PAD were largely/generally/mostly (any of those better for you?) left to their own devices by Thai police and army.

Yes, they were. Specifically AFTER that horrible tear-gas-fiasco, where the authorities simply wanted to avoid a repeat of the situation.

And, and this is very important, because the "yellows" were *for the most part* peaceful, not destroying property or attacking people (which, sadly, later in the process and after multiple grenades and other assorted attacks on THEM turned more and more violent from their side, too, STILL reasonable compared to the "others"!) while the "reds" take to arms right from the start, as clearly visible - sidewalk plaster against car windows, the intend is clear - kill or badly hurt whoever is behind the window of that car.

I bet the "reds" have done more actual property damage since Abhisit was elected than the "yellows" during their entire campaign.

After Thaksin Shinawatra's announcement of his political comeback, The Nation's Somroutai Sapsomboon talks to - Suriyasai Katasila, a leader of the People's Alliance for Democracy, and Jatuporn Promphan, the party list MP of the People Power Party - over how they see the political conflict playing out.

Suriyasai : Jaturon

Here are their face-off comments.

1. How do you read the political situation after this?

Suriyasai : The political conflict will deepen and become more complicated. It will follow the rules and breach the rules at the same time. The violence will spread out to all parts. It will develop from a conflict of ideas... to a conflict of society without violence... to conflict and the use of force and weapons... until it becomes a fact of life.

At this point, both sides are ready to use force. Many people fear a civil war might break out. It all depends on Thaksin Shinawatra alone. Whether he wants war or peace.

If Thaksin wants peace, he will have to make a sacrifice. It's unfortunate for Thai society that the former leader won't make any sacrifices.

The method of Thaksin's sacrifice is that he must return home to honour the verdict against him. He must go to jail to face a two-year sentence. That is not too long. Nelson Mandela stayed in jail for 25 years and came out to fight for victory.

Thaksin likes to claim he is Nelson Mandela but he does not want to serve jail. If he serves jail, he will gain more than lose.

Jaturon : Insofar as the society does not have justice or fairness, there can't be peace. If there is oppression, there is resistance. After the coup in September 2006, Thaksin Shinawatra has been unfairly treated until now he has no way out. He has been pushed until he has hit the corner, so he has to fight back by declaring that he will return to politics.

2. Are you ready to confront or clash with your opponents? Do you want to avoid the violence?

Suriyasai : Our position is clear. We don't want violence of any kind. We have been rallying on civil disobedience. You can see that in the several incidents where we have backed off to avoid confrontation or clashes. We have held back rallies to avoid potential clashes with the Democratic Alliance against Dictatorship.

Our target is Thaksin Shinawatra, not the DAAD. But now the PAD is ready to move into the confrontational phase, if necessary. We do not want violence. It is something we do not want to see. It is not going to be a war of our making.

We'll probably be in a situation where we need to defend ourselves. If violence were to happen, it will happen around Government House because we are not going to move elsewhere.

I believe violence can take place from now on, because the court will hand down the verdict in the party dissolution case next month. They would like to put pressure on the judiciary.

Jaturon : Our position is that we would like to safeguard democratic principles. We would like to remove all adverse consequences that have arisen from the military coup. We will not be the defendants any more. We can't wait for the death sentence.

We have to fight back to restore justice. So far we have been unfairly treated. We won't bow again. If we can't live in peace or have justice, then we should not have peace . We will fight by every means to bring out justice in this country.

3. Do you want the military to come out and stage a coup?

Suriyasai : Before, we hoped the judiciary review would be enough to handle the political problem. But it has turned out that judiciary review is not enough. Thaksin does not have any respect for the judiciary. We had hoped to rely on the military. Is that wrong?

You may say that it is not right, but it is not totally wrong either. Now we don't know whom to turn to. We can't rely on the government because you can see they have done nothing about the violent incident on Oct 7.

The army should have done something to restore order. Actually, we want the military to join hands with the public in creating new politics. However, we know that is difficult because the armed forces' leadership has different views about this matter.

So what we expect from the military now is to prevent violence - or at least minimise any violence that could take place.

Jaturon : If there is another coup, our red shirt supporters will come out to fight against the military. Upon seeing the military or the tanks, the red shirt fights, though emptyhanded, [they] will surround them. The dictators can never win over the people.

There will be uprising throughout the country against the coup. Today we have enough force and supporters.

4. What is the worst case scenario?

Suriyasai : We might see a civil war. We would like Thai people to help stem the civil war. We can do this by booting out the government. The longer the government stays, Thaksin will use his power through it. The new government must not serve as a nominee for Thaksin.

Jaturon : I believe the chance will be slim for both sides to clash;[but] the violence will take place in the event of a military coup. There will be supporters and opponents of the coup and they will go against each other.

Now the majority voice of the country is coming out to claim their majority right, according to the principles of democracy.

I found a letter published by the Lawyers Council of Thailand which would interesting for some of you.

การออกข่าวผ่านสื่อต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศของพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร ซึ่งเป็นผู้ต้องโทษตามคำพิพากษาของศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองให้จำคุก 2 ปี ที่แจ้งแก่สื่อสารมวลชนทั้งในและต่างประเทศ มีเจตนาอย่างสำคัญที่จะให้ข้อมูลที่ผิดพลาดกับผู้ที่ได้อ่านข้อมูลส่วนหนึ่งที่กล่าวว่า "…ที่ศาลลงโทษเขานั้นเพียงเพราะเขาเป็นนักการเมืองที่ประสบความสำเร็จได้เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีถึงสองสมัย..." นั้น สภาทนายความเห็นว่าการกระทำดังกล่าวมีเจตนาลบหลู่และไม่ยำเกรงต่อระบอบการศาลยุติธรรมของประเทศไทย ทั้งที่ได้มีโอกาสต่อสู้คดีอย่างเต็มที่แล้ว สภาทนายความจึงขอแถลงการณ์มาเพื่อประณามการกระทำการดังกล่าว ดังนี้

1. พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร เป็นคนสัญชาติไทย เป็นจำเลยในคดีอาญาซึ่งเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมือง ซึ่งมีอำนาจพิจารณาคดีโดยชอบและศาลได้พิเคราะห์ข้อกล่าวหาคำให้การรวมทั้งคำพยานของคู่ความ และได้มีคำพิพากษาว่าพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรมีความผิดตามกฎหมายและให้ลงโทษจำคุก 2 ปีนั้น เป็นไปโดยถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและวิธีพิจารณาความของศาลยุติธรรมไทยที่พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรทราบดี เพราะแม้แต่ในสมัยของพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรที่เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีก็มีรัฐมนตรีที่ถูกคำพิพากษาของศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองลงโทษไปแล้วหลายรายเช่นกัน นับตั้งแต่มีการใช้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2540 และเป็นคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดโดยมิได้มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์เลย แต่เมื่อใช้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2550 พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรซึ่งในปัจจุบันคือผู้ต้อง คำพิพากษาของศาลและอยู่ในระหว่างการหลบหนีคดีอาญายังมีสิทธิที่จะอุทธรณ์ต่อที่ประชุมใหญ่ศาลฎีกาได้อีกภายในวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2551 ซึ่งเป็นกรณีที่รัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปัจจุบันให้สิทธิมากกว่ารัฐธรรมนูญฉบับ พ.ศ. 2540 อีก การที่พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรออกมากล่าวแก้ตัวดังกล่าวต่อสาธารณชนจึงไม่อาจฟังเป็นอย่างอื่นได้ นอกจากเป็นการกล่าวแก้ของนักการเมืองที่ไม่เคารพกฎหมายของบ้านเมืองจึงไม่มีน้ำหนักและไม่มีเหตุผลสนับสนุนที่จะรับฟังได้

2. ที่พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรกล่าวอ้างว่าที่ศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองลงโทษตัวเองเพราะเหตุที่ตนเป็นนักการเมืองนั้น พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร ต้องทราบดี อยู่แล้วตั้งแต่เข้ามาเล่นการเมืองเป็นหัวหน้าพรรคไทยรักไทยว่ากระบวนการพิจารณาคดีระหว่างนักการเมืองได้มีบทบัญญัติในรัฐธรรมนูญและข้อกำหนดวิธีพิจารณาคดีอาญาของนักการเมืองของศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองกำหนดไว้โดยชัดเจน และเป็นกรณีที่สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมของนักการเมืองไทยที่มีการคอร์รัปชั่นอยู่อย่างดาษดื่น เมื่อพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรและคณะที่เข้ามาบริหารบ้านเมืองโดยอ้างว่าได้รับการเลือกตั้งโดยเสียงส่วนใหญ่จากประชาชนถึง 2 ครั้งนั้น พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรก็ไม่ได้ชี้แจงว่าชัยชนะในการเลือกตั้งนั้นได้มาเหมือนกับในประเทศอังกฤษ หรือประเทศอื่นที่เขาใช้สิทธิกันตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยที่ดีงามอย่างไร และทำไมพรรคการเมืองของตนในที่สุดจึงล่มสลายตามคำพิพากษาของศาลรัฐธรรมนูญที่พันตำรวจโททักษิณ เคยชนะคดีซุกหุ้นมาแล้วแบบเฉียดฉิว

3. สภาทนายความเห็นว่าการที่รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยทั้งสองฉบับ คือพุทธศักราช 2540 และ 2550 ได้กำหนดรูปแบบการพิจารณาให้เหมาะสมกับนักการเมืองเป็นข้อเท็จจริงที่ ฟังและยุติได้นานนับสิบปีแล้วว่าการคอร์รัปชั่นในบ้านเมืองเราทั้งโดยทางตรงและทางอ้อมและการขัดกันซึ่งผลประโยชน์ของรัฐมีอยู่ดาษดื่น ศาลต้องมีกระบวนการพิจารณาที่รวดเร็ว เนื่องจากการดำรงตำแหน่งของนักการเมืองสั้น เพียงไม่เกิน 4 ปี หากให้มีการพิจารณาคดีอาญาในรูปแบบของการพิจารณาปกติกว่าจะจับได้ไล่ทันเงินภาษีอากรของประเทศชาติที่จะสูญหายไปนับหมื่นล้านนับแสนล้านบาทแล้ว โดยจะไม่มีโอกาสได้คืนเลย ดังนั้นการมีศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองจึงช่วยให้มีการพิจารณาคดีที่รวดเร็วและพิจารณาโดยผู้พิพากษาอาวุโสในศาลฎีกาที่ผ่านประสบการณ์และมีคุณวุฒิถึง 9 ท่าน ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากที่ประชุมใหญ่ศาลฎีกาเป็นผู้พิจารณาคดี และนักการเมืองเช่นพันตำรวจโททักษิณฯ ก็มีโอกาสและได้เข้าต่อสู้คดีอย่างเต็มที่แล้ว

4. พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร ไม่อาจจะกล่าวหลีกเลี่ยงได้เลยว่ากฎหมายของประเทศไทย ที่ใช้เป็นข้ออ้างในการพิจารณาคดีฟ้องและในที่สุดศาลได้วินิจฉัยลงโทษนั้นมีอยู่ตลอดมา กรณีการซื้อขายที่ดินรัชดา ก็ไม่มีนักการเมืองในประเทศที่พัฒนาแล้วหรือประเทศกำลังพัฒนาที่ไหนทำกัน ที่จะให้ภรรยาหรือญาติซื้อที่ดินที่เป็นของหน่วยงานของรัฐ พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร ต้องเข้าใจเรื่องหลักการที่ว่านักการเมืองจะต้องไม่มีผลประโยชน์ขัดกันกับผลประโยชน์ของรัฐให้ดี ไม่ใช่ว่าเมื่อมีอำนาจทางด้านการเมืองและอาสาเข้ามาบริหารประเทศแล้วจะทำในสิ่งซึ่งตนเองได้ปฏิบัติไปแล้วโดยไม่ชอบ มิหนำซ้ำยังกลับมาว่ากล่าวระบอบการศาลยุติธรรมอย่างที่แสดงออกมานั้น เป็นเรื่องที่ไร้สาระเป็นเรื่องของความสิ้นคิดและไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับของคนทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร ต้องทราบและปฏิบัติตามระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าด้วยมาตรฐานทางคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมของข้าราชการการเมือง พ.ศ. 2543 ข้อ 12 ที่ระบุว่า "ข้าราชการเมืองจักต้องไม่ใช้สถานะหรือตำแหน่งการเป็นข้าราชการการเมืองไปแสวงหาประโยชน์ที่มิควรได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายสำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่นไม่ว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ในทางทรัพย์สินหรือไม่ก็ตาม" ข้อจริยธรรมนี้มีอยู่แล้ว จึงต้องถามตัวพันตำรวจโททักษิณเองว่า ได้ปฏิบัติหรือไม่ ถ้าไม่ปฏิบัติเพราะเหตุใด?

5. สภาทนายความเห็นว่า รัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีที่มีอำนาจสั่งการและควบคุมการดำเนินการของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ต้องดำเนินการให้มีการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตนที่กำหนดไว้ในระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าด้วยประมวลจริยธรรมของข้าราชการการเมือง พ.ศ. 2551 ข้อ 25 ที่ระบุว่า "ข้าราชการการเมืองต้องไม่ใช้หรือบิดเบือนข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดหรือเพื่อผลประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น" ข้อ 26 ที่ระบุว่า "ข้าราชการการเมืองต้องรักษาทรัพย์สินของราชการและใช้ทรัพย์สินของราชการให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์นั้น ๆ เท่านั้น" และข้อ 28 "ข้าราชการการเมืองต้องไม่คบหาหรือให้การสนับสนุนแก่ผู้ประพฤติผิดกฎหมายหรือผู้มีความประพฤติหรือมีชื่อในทางเสื่อมเสียฯ" ซึ่งระเบียบดังกล่าวนี้เป็นกรณีที่ควรถือปฏิบัติเพราะเป็นระเบียบที่มีการใช้มาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2543 และแก้ไขปรับปรุงในสมัยรัฐบาลนายสมัคร สุนทรเวช เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2551 ดังนั้น การออกข่าวหรือการอนุญาตให้มีการให้ข่าวของสถานีที่เป็นหน่วยงานของรัฐต้องไม่เป็นการเกื้อกูลผู้กระทำความผิดและถูกศาลลงโทษแล้วทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม

อนึ่ง หากคดีของพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรถึงที่สุดแล้ว สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติซึ่งเป็นต้นสังกัดของการให้ยศตำแหน่งคือ "พันตำรวจโท" ต้องดำเนินการปลดและถอดยศของพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร เพราะเป็นผู้ที่ต้องได้รับคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดลงโทษจำคุกแล้วโดยทันที และในขณะเดียวกันสำนักงานเลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรีก็ต้องเรียกคืนเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ทั้งหมดที่พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตรได้รับกลับคืนโดยเร็ว เพราะว่าการกระทำของพันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร ที่เป็นการหมิ่นต่อกระบวนการของศาลยุติธรรมนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่อาจยอมรับได้ จึงมิบังควรที่จะได้รับให้มียศหรือมีสิทธิในเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ใด ๆ อีกต่อไป

สภาทนายความในฐานะองค์กรวิชาชีพหนึ่งในกระบวนการยุติธรรม เห็นว่าการกระทำของ พันตำรวจโททักษิณ ชินวัตร เป็นการลบหลู่ไม่ให้เกียรติกระบวนการยุติธรรมไทยโดยเจตนาและทำให้ต่างชาติเข้าใจผิดพลาดในความโปร่งใสและความเป็นธรรมของศาลไทย จึงขอแถลงการณ์มาให้บุคคลและส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยเฉียบขาดตามเวลาที่กำหนดไว้โดยทันที

The Lawyers Council considers such acts as an intention to commit a court contempt and a disrespect to the Thai judiciary system despite of his best opportunity to defend the case. The Lawyers Council, threfore, release this announcement to condemn such acts as follows.

1. Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra, having a Thai nationality, was a defendant in a criminal case which underwent an adjudication by the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions. The court which holds the righteous jurisdiction, having carried out a deliberation of the indictments and the defendants' statements including the testomonies by litigants' witnesses, reached a guilty verdict upon Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra and sentenced him to a two-year imprisonment.

The processes were duely according to the laws and the Procedure Code of the Thai Judiciary which Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra was aware. Even during Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra's Prime Minister's term, several other ex-ministers were convicted by the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions, without a chance of appeal as the verdicts had been final, following the enforcement of 1997 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Whereas with 2007 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra, the currently convicted by the Supreme Court and a fugitive on-the-run still has the rights to appeal to the plenary session of the Supreme Court justices before November 20, 2008. Evidently, for this, the latter constitution is more generous than the 1997 Constitution. Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra, therefore, cannot excuse himself to the public on such claims. His claims may not be considered otherwise, apart from words of a politician who does not respect the country's laws, and words of groundless, unreasonable and unworthy to accept.

2. As for Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra's claimed that the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions convicted him because he was a politician, he must have known well from the very beginning when he got into politics as the leader of Thai Rak Thai party, that there have been cleary stated legislations in the Constitution and Code of Procedures for the proceedings upon Holders of Political Positions for the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions to be applied to any Thai politicians who were extensively committing corruptions.

As for Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra's claimed that he and his party won the majority twice, he did not explain how he won the elections and whether or not the majority was fairly won by democratic exercises like in Britain or other countries. Also, he did not explain why his party was disbanded according to the verdict of the Constitutional Tribunal in which Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra had once been narrowly acquited for the indictment of hiding his shares.

3. Lawyers Council has an opinion that both 1997 and 2007 the Kingdom of Thailand's Constitutions' designation of forms of adjudicaton to suit politicians are well-finalized matter of facts for over ten years since there have long been extensive corruptions both direct and indirect as well as conflicts of interests. Therefore, the courts must possess swift proceedings for the holding of political positions are as short as four years. If usual proceedings for criminal cases were to be applied, it could be too late and the nation would have lost as much as ten or hundred thousands of millions bahts without a chance to recover it. Consequently, the presence of the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions has helped speeding up adjudication by as many as nine experienced and qualified senior Supreme Court judges whom had undergone a selection by a plenary session of the Supreme Court judges. Any politicians like Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra had their best opportunities to defend in fair trials.

4. Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra may not claim that there was no law against him. Actually and all along, there have been such laws, into which the court looked. For Ratchadapisek land auction, there is no politician in any developed or developing countries who would commit such actions of allowing the spouse or relatives to purchase state's lands. Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra must understand that politicians must not have conflicts of interests. It is not justifiable that politicians, once being candidates, later turning to have political power in their hands, would be able to do anything followed by such acts of turning to attack the judiciary system. Those are nonsense, desperate and unacceptable by the world.

Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra must know and follow the Office of the Prime Minister's Regulations for the Moral and Ethical Standards of Political Civil Servants 2000 article 12 which states that "Political civil servants must not use their status or their political civil servants positions to earn unjust benefits, for themselves or for others, no matter valuable assets or else." Since, the ethical rules have already been present all along, therefore, Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra has to ask himself for whether or not he followed them and if not Why?

5. Lawyers Council has an opinion that the Minister in the Ministry of the Office of the Prime Minister who has the authority to order and control the Public Relations Department must carry out its duty according to the Prime Minister's Regulations for the Code of Ethics of Political Civil Servants 2008

article 25 which states that "Political civil servants must not use or distort the state's information to mislead or for their or for others' benefits.";

article 26 which states that "Political civil servants must protect state's assets and utilize state's assets according to the due purposes only."; and

article 28 which states that "Political civil servants must not get acquainted to or support the outlaws or any people of corrupt behaviours."

This regulations has been enforced since 2000 and revised in Samak Sundravej's government on August 22, 2008. Therefore, broadcasting or permission to release the news of the state's station must not directly or indirectly assist any convicted.

In addition, if the case of Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra is finished, the National Police Office which is the original affiliation which had issued the rank of "Police Lieutenant Colonel" must remove the rank of and dismiss Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra because he has been convicted and sentenced for jail immediately, while at the same time, the Office of the Secretariat of the Cabinet must quickly revoke all the decorations since Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra's acts of court contempt may not be accepted. Consequently, he should no longer deserve any rank or decorations.

Lawyers Council as a professional organization in the judiciary system, having considered the acts of Pol. Lt. Col. Thaksin Shinawatra a willingful intention to commit a disrespect to the Thai judiciary system and to mislead foreigners in the transparency and the just of Thai courts, therefore, issues this announcement to relevant persons and officials to sharply and duly execute the duties.
