  1. For Thai passort - outside wedlock surrogate mother alone can apply for the baby thai passport, 3 days processing .

When leaving the country imm officer would ask for the birth certificate, you should get the surrogate mother sign a permission letter under the witness of a notary public along with a copy of her ic card. the best way for your situation is to adopt your bio-baby from the surrogate mother.

    Best of luck.

  2. Hello hello,

If anyone have a kind word to me please read on. I suppose to be in BKK from June to Sept. I would need somewhat 10,000 for living expense. The question is should I transfer the money now or later? I think this week should still be around 34 THB for 1 Usd or it would be better if I wait until June ? another option is I can transfer money for 3 months renting first the rest I get them change once I am in the country? The Baht swing so much, scared me.

    Thanks for your advice.

  3. Sorry, my english may confused you....

Here is my situation. I'm Thai have been married for 2 years to my husband(US citizen, we are living in brunei at the moment) from what I have known, I am eligible to apply for a permanent residence But to maintain a greencard holder status I will have to live in the state for 6 months a year? Do they have a period of time that I can be outside US after they granted me a green card

I looking for anyone who might experienced same situation. I am now holding 10 years tourist visa will be expired in 2007. What I 'm worry is if we happen to go back to the state all in sudden after my tourist visa had expired I would have to wait for god know when before my visa get thru. Any expats out there got a few advice, for me please?

    Thank you in advance
