I went today to Korath Immigration for a 90 days report. Everything went smoothly. There is a seperate room only for the 90 days report, with 2 counters. So I don't see the problem.

All around Pattaya must be the dirtiest, most unkempt part of Thailand. Potholed roads, stinking rubbish bins, builders
rubble all along the rural roads, not a metre without white plastic bags, large trees needlessly felled or butchered. There's no civic pride.
Go to much decried Isaan. Well kept roads, clean streets, fine avenues of chim-churi, good clear road signage. Even broader smiles.
Wake up Chon Buri!
You're right. In my opinion Isaan is the best place to stay in Thailand. I live here 8 years already. I would recommend it to anyone, nice people, good food, good entertainment and nevertheless quiet.

Does any one ever considered the possibility, I don't know, never been there, that a great amount of the law enforcement and the army personal are with the insurgents

HELLO All,
I'm new on this site. I'm a Belgian citizan and living in Thailand for about 5 years on a "NonImmigrant-type O" visa. I have a monthly retirement from the Belgian governement.
Yearly I get my renewal from the Immigrationoffice. So far no problem.
Recently I Married a Thai lady, more specific, on the 05/02/2008.
I have to go to the Immigration Office on the 30/03/2008, will I encounter anny problem concerning the change of my civilian state.
Sorry, the English language is not my home language; so if I make anny mistakes, sorry about that>
