Hi. The 'security' light on my dashboard is flashing when I lock the car and I don't have an owners manual. I have tried looking online but none to be found.
Does anyone know the cause and how to disable it or....where to find an owners manual online.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

@Clockman - Why is not real beer. It might not be the best beer but..........also, I'm not sure why it is "good to see no Thai victory". I take it you don't live here, or are having some bad feelings due to some poor decisions on your part.
Seems like a reasonable move for Charoen.

Thanks. Will order today. Anyone near Thong Lo will get a few beers if they can drop by an show me the install. Otherwise, I will curse you all when my engine blows up
-
Ha! Not until I have seen the instructions. I assume you have. Is it straight forward?
-
Will a complete engine novice (ie me) be able to install and uninstall the chip from the instructions given?
-
Thanks. The website is informative. Will give them a go.

Which one do you guys recommend. I am happy to buy Thai or import.
Thanks all.

Thanks for clarifying this folks. @Nocturne thanks for your nonsensicle post - the dealership and Transam were in fact saying the same thing
-
Thanks Transam. It doesn't look normal to me but I don't know much about the mechanical side of things.
It's good to get your advise

I was just about to post a topic in reference to this subject.
I have a 1 week old brand new Pajero Sport. If the Aircon is on whilst the car is stationary it pours out water from middle of the underside. I have taken it into Mitsubishi and they have said that this is 'normal and a good thing'.
I'm not sure I believe them. Can anyone advise me please.
Cheers all

is tyre pressure that important. I had a Isuzu Grand Adventure for 7 years. Ran the tyres at 33. Never a problem. I now have a PJS and run all 4 tyres at 35. Still no problems. I think I drive at sensible speeds (140 max, mostly 100 -120) so maybe it is not an issue. Experts - am I being unsafe?
Speeds are highway driving btw

You really are having a bad day. Importing a car here is near impossible unless you have money to burn.
Not a big deal really, sell your car and buy another here.
What car do you have?

Your insurance company from the UK can provide proof. Mine did a few years ago and NZI insurance honoured it in Thailand

Thanks For the replies. Will ask dealer when I get back to Bkk but thought I'd check it out here. Out of town for a few weeks and on a 3 month waiting list for the PS

I'm awaiting the delivery of a new Pajero Sport and considering a start button mod (aftermarket). Will this affect the warranty? Cheers

Only half the 'crack' in this 'crackdown'
