Does anyone know am I allow to enter Singapore just for transit if my passport is expiring in just a few more days?

Agree Thai are unreliable, although they have been flying the route (3 times in March, nothing yet in April). Singapore adds in a transit which I'm sure the OP would prefer to avoid.
OP. You may also want to look at Ethiopian or Oman Air, both of whom are running tag-ons from their home-base to BKK flights onwards to KUL. Ethiopian can be booked on line, but Oman probably needs a phone call if they're selling tickets for this sector. Ethiopian has had a couple of cancellations so go for the Thursday flight as it's the Sunday one that's been cancelled when it happened (once in March and once in April).
Yes Singapore adds in a transit, but I am not sure am I allow to enter Singapore even it is just for a transit because my passport is expiring in just a few more days.

It's very suspicious that they have no flights at all scheduled for the next 2 weeks, and then after that 2 flights scheduled every week.
This is the same game many airlines are playing: Keep flights on the schedule they know they won't actually fly, then cancel them 2 weeks before departure. Then they will try not to give you a refund.
OP: If you want to try booking with Thai, wait until less than one week before departure to book the flight. Airlines usually won't cancel a flight on short notice.
This is what worries me right now, I wanna book 1st May but I am not sure whether they will cancel them again. I see Thai airways has 2 flights scheduled every week for May.
Will they cancel the flight even like 24 hours before ?

They would not issue a extension of stay if you only have 4 days of passport validity. If they did it would be 7 days to leave the country after you apply for a extension, pay the 1900 baht and it is denied.
That could only be a emergency travel document that would allow you to enter Malaysia. If you got one immigration might do the 7 days to leave to the day your passport expires.
If you could not get a flight out be for your passport expires and you leave with a emergency travel document you would pay a 500 baht fine for each day of overstay.
There are some crossings open for repatriating Malaysians your embassy should be able to help to make the arrangement for clearance to enter. There is a Malaysian consulate in Songkhla that may handle crossings for repatriation. See: https://www.kln.gov.my/web/tha_songkhla
Looking at the IATA website you may need to complete this form to enter Malaysia.
You need to contact your embassy or consulate ASAP to make arrangement to leave.
Thank you for your reply, it helps a lot.

It's not rocket science....
If you are from Malaysia...
Just travel by land and walk across the border.
Do you know if the Sadao-Bukit Kayu Hitam border is operating?

Ridiculous to ask a question on this forum, 15 hours ago, & not bother to answer the questions asked of you by people try to offer constructive suggestions as to what you should do.....
apologise for the late reply as I was busy finding tickets, contacting embassy...

You need to speak to your Embassy or an Attorney for a legal answer, but I'm guessing the answer will be the same, "find a way out quickly before you enter an overstay status"..
I'm not sure if there are any exceptions since air travel has been running.
Your best bet is get on a flight, any leg that can connect you to your home country.
"find a way out quickly before you enter an overstay status" This is what I am expecting too

This is actually the second time I booked an air ticket with MAS Airline to go home.
But it was cancelled again.
Thai Airways has a flight on May, will they cancel the flight again?
I am really lost confidence with Airlines now.
Should I book another flight with Thai Airway and hoping they will not cancel the flight?

Your Embassy can arrange a new passport or"vitre de Voyage" an emergency doc' allowing you to travel home .
You still have not said where you are from ? Why did you leave it so late?
I am from Malaysia. Have contacted the embassy and waiting for their reply.
Well, I was hoping the pandemic will get better... didn't expect 3rd wave.

During these covid times, its best to book flights less than 2 weeks before departure, unless you are going to fly on one of the few really reliable airlines. Many airlines are still selling tickets months in advance, and then just canceling them a few weeks before departure. It's a great scam to generate revenue without actually doing anything.
I booked the flight exactly (MAS Airlines) 2 weeks ago, and I was only informed the flight is cancelled yesterday.

The first step is to contact your embassy to get emergency passport or travel document.
Where are you traveling to?
No
They will only issue it to the day the passport expires.
Hi joe, do you know what's the process to extend thai visa to the day the passport expires? my visa is expiring on 28th April and my passport is expiring 3rd May.

I entered Thailand from Malaysia on a tourist visa before the pandemic.
Extended my visa a couple times and the final one is expiring end of April.
I booked a flight ticket to go home last month, the flight has been rescheduled a few times and finally today they informed me the flight has been cancelled.
Currently there's no other flight available.
My Passport is expiring end of this month too.
Any suggestion what can I do now? Any advice would be appreciated.

The options already mentioned here are probably better, but still here an overview with some more prices by vfs (a visa processing company):
Thanks for the links, it has a lot of options

MedConsult has been very responsive (within minutes) to my inquiries. I'm sure they could answer any questions you have about the report. I think 2,600 baht is about as cheap as you will find in Bangkok - especially for such a rapid result.
Thank you for your reply. Have called them for details.
A friend of mine (A thai citizen) did a Covid test for 600 baht at local hospital, but that's only for Thai.
After I survey around, 2600 baht sounds reasonable for foreigners I guess.

MedConsult on Soi Sukhumvit 49 charges 2600 baht for a Covid test. If you get tested before 10 AM you get the result later that same afternoon.
Do they state the test date and time on the report?
I see a few people are recommending MedConsult. Is there any other place cheaper than 2600 baht?

I went into Muang Thong Thani today to the K counter (October 14th) to do my Covid amnesty extension and get my under consideration stamp.
My under consideration date was stamped October 28th.
I asked the immigration officer who handed my passport back what date will be stamped in, she said:
"December 30th, because you will get a 60 day extension".
So, if you didn't do the pre-September 26th extension, and you go in to Muang Thong Thani to start your extension process, it appears that the current policy will be that you get a "Dec 30" stamped in when you go back on or after your under consideration date.
I went to MTT on 16 Oct 2020, was given 3 forms (Please see attachments) for covid amnesty extension.
Filled up, submit all related documents and paid 1900 baht, get an under consideration stamp. The date was October 30th.
The immigration officer told me the same thing, "Come back on 30th Oct and you will get a 60-day extension til Dec 30th"
I extended once on 7 Apr before the amnesty was announced.

Thai Visa Extension at Bangkok 2019Went to Chaengwattana immigration office to extend my visa. Queue up for 4 hours and the staff told me I couldn't extend my visa there because my current address is nonthaburi. I've been extending my visa for the past few months at the same place without any problem. Is this some kind of new rules??
This video from Youtube said the same thing. Is it true? (Please let me know how to add a youtube video here)

you can track it with a free app from Cydia called iTracking if you already jailbreak it.

Thanks alot everyone. I have contacted MINI in Ekkamai and they said it is safe to use Gasohol 91, Gasohol 95, and Benzin on a MINI. E20 is not recommended if your engine isn't designed for that. Aside from that Mini Cooper Owner's Manual also bold the words that "MINI runs only on unleaded fuel". Now I have found the answer that Gasohol 91 and 95 are both unleaded. Thanks!
-
I drive a Mini Cooper also.
You really want to go for the higher octane, I am told that either premium 95 (benzene) or gasohol 95 is the way to go. If there are long periods of not using your car, then try to fill up on premium 95 for those times as gasohol supposedly has a slight issue of evaporation affecting the octane (and lowering it slightly).
I've used gasohol 95 for a couple of years without any issues at all. If you can find Shell they have a V Power nitro 95 gasohol which the car seems to like, I run every 5th tank or so with premium, but that's probably not necessary, I just have long periods where I don't use the car.
Don't use e20.
Regarding paperwork I know several people with cars from abroad, you need to be aware you will need to do some paperwork before you come in, and also that the car leaves every 90 days from memory. If done right you do not need to post a bond, I never heard of that from the people I know who have done this (from Malaysia mostly). Might want to check the insurance as well.
May I know your Mini model year? I heard Gasohol 95 is much cheaper compared to Benzene 95 and Benzene 95 is not available everywhere. I am driving my car everyday from place to place so it shouldn't be a problem. However if possible I will still go for Benzene 95. About the paperwork and bond ill double check again since I plan to drive around Thailand for about 2 months. I also heard that if a car worth 2 million in Thailand, if it is lost (touch wood), the owner have to pay the government 3 times of the market value which is 6 million baht, is this true? As we can only buy 3rd party insurance for foreign car, it doesn't cover the loss?
Mogandave,
Does it means Gasohol 91 and Gasohol 95 also considered "Unleaded" fuel?
Steelepulse,
Thanks for the information. I haven't got my paperwork ready. I am going next month so I will start collecting it tomorrow.
