Not really sure why they had to divert to Bangkok. Since the man was already dead, would proceeding to Singapore not have been the better choice? If he was not dead at the time, but in serious trouble, then I do see diverting, so maybe that was the case. As with all Thai reporting, the devil is in the details (or lack thereof).
You need permission to overfly a (any) country with a dead body.

Should have a look at this:

They can always blame the rain in that they slipped by the end of runway markers because the rain made it hard to see! Heheee
A more accurate description of this incident.

Regarding the was...Thailand's lack of "fitness", gave me a small pot belly & derived me from all previous muscle. Thailand is the ABSOLUTE WORST COUNTRY FOR HEALTH and FITNESS.
Sent from my LG-D802 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile appDon’t give up hope, you still have your brain.

"...causing water to leak into its hull but no leak was reported'. That's a clever way to make it go away.
Double Hull.

This is very odd. Very, very unusual for a plane of this age and type to 'go down'
If it is the case, of course, one's sympathies must be with those who are lost and their families.
I am not encouraged by what appears total confusion as to where the last contact with the plane was made.
The latitude/longitude figures released by various agencies are not the same. There is also the curious data on
Flightradar that the plane changed direction. In normal circumstances it is nearly impossible to 'lose' a plane
nowadays. Even if all on board electronics fail there are back-up battery systems. As far as I can see,
and I don't want to speculate there could have been instant, fatal decompression..have but only a few seconds at
35000 feet....but for what reason?...I travel on Malaysia Airlines!! Worrying!
Sorry, but you are speculating.

I could post my photo….ah better not.

I have been plagued by these infernal birds for years and anyone that thinks they are sweet lovely birds needs their head examined. No-one who has had a Koel in a tree near their home or in particular near a bedroom window will ever forget it. It makes you suicidal. In fact I have read reports of people actually doing just that. They are not just a problem in Asia as many reports I've read from Australia attest! I have tried everything to eliminate these pests with little success. They prefer certain types of trees that provide them with cover and fruit. So living in a tree free area helps. For a large bird they can remain hidden, pretty well invisible. I've moved home twice to stay away from them. Only saving grace is that after the mating season they shut up for a while! Best of luck...
I am living in Australia and this Bird migrates from Indonesia to Australia in early spring.
Nothing you can do about so I just take it like all the other inhabitants in the big tree behind my house.
Nature!

Alcohol, drugs, always a bad mix, and when the gander is up, shit happens. I have never met a German without an opinion (mostly fairly aggressive ones at that). If a Thai was involved then insults would lead to retribution. If another Farang was involved then the booze (or drugs) may well have been the cause. A new bike crashed - so was he a local - renters rent clunkers mostly not new bikes. If he crashed it, chances are he was on his way for some help meaning the attack took place prior. If the bike crashed and he was set upon, there is usually other evidence. But whatever is revealed, could probably remain unsolved.
At seems not only Germans have a opinion…You have actually quite a few as well.LOL

So all those years waiting for a new airport for that kind of results ? is that a joke ? thought BKK airport would be the first HUB in Asia ? LOL Anyway maybe its time to think to expend the actual airport , new runaway (good quality this time) ... and human size terminal which now allow you to walk few miles from the aircraft to the immigration. Maybe time to ask some professional some helps , advises even from foreigners.
Advice from foreigners?
Better not as the Airport was designed by Murphy/Jahn Architects. LOL

Nothing new! Switzerland has taken the assets from Jews running away from Hitler Germany and seeking sanctuary in Switzerland.
Even today, Bank Accounts from (deceased) Jews are frozen and held by Swiss Banks.
