I can highly recommend the guy who did our house. He does a great job with the design and also does the build out. He's done a number of showrooms around Pattaya, stores in Central Festival, and lots of homes and condos. He's not the cheapest, but does a great job and stands behind his work. These guys know they never can use a forged ATM card in EU because the ATM mashines over there read the informations from the chips and not from megnetic stripes.

In thailand the ATM mashines read the information from the magnetic stripes.
