I've tried searching the internet but its not very easy to find the information, Need to find out where the markets and shops buy there stock form really.
Thanks

Try www.alibaba.com, the largest B2B in Asia, also for Thailand.
But, you can only buy large quantities in most cases (99%). If you need smaller quantities, PM me and let me know what you need.
Good Luck.

Hi
Does anybody know anything about motox in phuket?
I once went out on a dirtbike with a canadian chap who also had something to do with the bungee and crazy golf in phuket and we went to a track just outside patong.
This was a few years ago and i am returning to Phuket this year and would like to use my time to train on a dirtbike if i can rent or hire one for a few day a week for a month or so?
Last time i was there i noticed a few of the little bike repair shops have dirtbikes and wondered if anybody knows much about the motox scene in Phuket.
Thanks

If you contact the Trade Department of the Thai Consulate Embassy in the UK they will set you up with more contacts than you can imagine. We found the Consulate in Vancouver very helpfull with contacts for us.

Happy new year!!
so....... I can get a "temporary" work permit which is only good for 15 days and is freeof charge. But because it is free, the work permit office doesn't care much for these. As i will be staying in asia for a year or so, travelling back and forth to thailand, the "15 day temporary work permit" will need to be renewed allot?
You say if i don't have a work permit there is no big deal as i am not actually employed in thailand, but work for a foriegn company and i will be on a long business trip.
I spoke to someone a while ago about working in thailand and he told me if i got caught without a work permit, even if i was only helping someone for 5 minutes, i could get kicked out of the country with a "10 year no return" stamp on my passport.
So you think i will be o.k without any legal document?

I was not talking beer bars when I was talking bars. It was in reference to Go Go Bars and normal bars when I said 70% in my opinion make money.
Maybe this is correct but Nana is bangkok, which is busy most of the year if not all year. If you own a bar in Pattaya or Phuket which is only busy 3-4 months of the year. What is the success rate?

OK thanks, it's actually designed for outside use though, like a sidestall on the fair. My friend who owns a hotel in thailand and is thai, seems to think there will be no problem and wants to be my partner....... funny, soon as there money to be made everthing is legal in their eyes, but can i get into trouble? I am present filing a patent for this design in u.k for international recognition, because i used it one summer in the u.k and it was very popular and profitable in the right location.

hi
The game i have in mind is not machanical in any way, and can be made in thailand (which would be cheaper anyway), so no need to be imported.
Who would i have to ask to find out if it is ok to set up? a Thai lawyer maybe?
thanks
