Well you should narrow that 60 million down a bit as children and the very old don't usually work but in the context of the thread we were posting in I was pointing out that there are plenty of eligible Thai males compared to the number of foreign males here (I don't beleieve there are 60 million foreigners living in Thailand).

if you read my posts thoroughly you will see I do not think that 100k is the average wage. I was merely pointing out that there are plenty of Thai men who earn a great deal more than 200 baht a day. I'm not sure why you use the example of Thai pilots earning 50k? My gf's sister-in-law earns three times that and she works in marketing.
