Frank.Not really every where is different. I would come and look for a few days. there are new estates/villages popping up all over NK. My friend lives on the Other side of the rail tracks and likes it. Another friend lives the other side of petkasem and likes it (opposite ends of town). I would just look around. there are no bad areas as far as i'm aware.Budget can be 800,000b upwards
