I really apologize if this has been answered already. I would greatly appreciate any feedback in the following issue (very very crucial for me):
I hold a Non-Immigrant Visa with a work permit working as teacher in a goverment school. What happens if I change jobs (for example when my current contract expires and I find a new job in a new school). I know that the current visa and working permit are canceled. Is it necessary to exit the country to get a new visa or there is a possibility to transfer the Visa/WP to the new employer?
I know that it is possible to "transfer" the visa and therefore there is no need to exit the country again but I am not sure about the process. Do I have to ask an employment certificate from my previous employer? What do I have to do in order to avoid exiting the country?
Thank you very very much in advance for any replies. That would really help me a lot
