KPN still remains a beautiful, quiet island to visit. I go there every year for a short break and will head over there again next month (if the foot ferries are running by then).

I had the same thing last year with another local budget airline and on showing the ground staff my child's ID card and the obvious spelling mistake they said no problem and we went on our flight. I would try the email approach and see what happens.

Hi Ray, good to hear things are improving for you, I'm still waiting for the money back from your wife (my ex wife) that she stole off my father 7 years ago when we split which she promised to give back to him, to this day she still bad mouths me around town to anyone who will listen, I feel for you knowing that she will use your daughter to twist the knife in you every opportunity she gets. She pretends she is a perfect good Muslim woman but both of us know better and have faced her in her foul and abusive tantrums!

I hope you get your divorce Ray and I hope she allows you to see your daughter

or you can stand at the side of the road outside and you can flag down the mini bus if they are not full as they have to pass the airport on the way to Lanta

In Ao Nang they have a gym at Palm Paradise next to Pavilion hotel they are charging 200bht per visit or 2,000 per month and are open 7am to 10pm, older equipment but ok for me, also includes use of the hotel pool which is open 8am-8pm

The corals are bleaching because of the water temperatures, unfortunatly divers are an easy target to blame.

The fishing boats are a problem but they will never be dealt with as the owners (on land not on the boats!) are rich and can supplement influencial others salaries, they are adding to the problem but are not the root cause.

If they go ahead with this plan they will cause many hundreds of thousands of Thai citizens to loose their jobs. Khao Lak will become a ghost town and the hotels will close or re-locate, it will just help towards pushing more tourists away from Thailand and into the welcoming arms of other South East Asian neighbours!

Thank god for that, back in the EPL so I can watch it on the telly instead of crappy internet feeds!!!!
