Living in Trang, Thaland, happily married with a 3 year old daughter and a 8 month old son. I was a Mil Pilot with the British Air Force for over 20 years then commercial, then left to start my own business. Started a company that delivers Leadership and Management training, and also specialist training to the aviation industry. The training focused on reducing Human Error and is still delivered to Flight Crews, Cabin Crews and Maintenance techs world-wide. The training has also been tailored to help reduce error in other industries where the consequence of Human Error can be life critical or business critical, such as Petrochemical Industry and the Medical world. The company is in the UK and I am now out here to try and lead a more sedate life style.
