Back to the topic. I worked at an International primary school and had a TA. If anything she was just a glorified PA. She searched for relevant work on subject areas i needed, did my photocopying, looked after and kept the children quiet while i taught. I found she helped a lot and it certainly eased my workload however, at times i found it a lot easier just to do it myself. This was not due to her but myself.
She was a qualified Thai teacher with an MA but earnt considerably more (and had better benefits) being a TA at an International school than working in a Thai school. Sad really especially as she was so well qualified.

Siam Paragon offers tennis coaching, they have a mini indoor court and somewhat reasonably priced for Paragon. Can't remember the name of the place but its in the education zone.

JimJim- i was told i cannot do that, i must first exit and then exit again.... apparently you can no longer have back to back non b's!

Ok so i am changing my job..... i thought this would be simple enough... do a visa run to cancel WP, get new non b and new WP but apparently not!
Apparently, i must get a letter from my old employer stating they are releasing me from my old WP and present this to Suan Phlu (where exactly i'm unsure) this cancels off my old visa extension and WP-simply exiting apparently no longer does this. Then i must exit and return on a 30 day stamp. Then i must exit AGAIN and get a non B and then i can apply for the WP upon my return.
Can anybody confirm this or clarify what kind of letter and where at Suan Phlu it must be presented???

Eyebrow Threading--where To Go?

China town........ if you walk to the road behind the main road in chinatown, that runs parallel to it (forgive me the name of the road escapes me) there are loads of women threading on the side of the road. Not just eyebrows either, i saw ladies tashes and chins getting a tweak too!!!
the wife always gets hers done there.....40 baht!
