firstly i do not live in pattaya ,but i have been a few times ,and not everyone there is a drunk or a sex tourist ,bank robber etc. so why keep harping on about it ,does it make up for the fact your skint and living in the boonies with the love of your life who you met in a bank or charity diner at the dusit
what a load of crap , let he who is innocent throw the first stone ,nearly every one who posts on thai visa is married to a hi so well there's not a chance a so called hi so would be marrying a farang ,
-
it was a popular bike 10-15 years ago it was the biggest bike you could legal own here ,thank god things have changed ,much more choice now and it will only get better
-
depends on where you live ,in pattaya i found a great shop for parts for my versy ,next door to the Kawasaki dealers on sukumvit road ,i will definitely be driving back over for more parts its like a Aladdins cave of Kawasaki parts
-
i had a flasher unit fitted to one of my bikes and a switch to make all the lights flash (hazard lights) it took him a couple of hours all the fairings had to come off ,i gave him 200 baht tip plus parts ,if your happy giving 500-1000 its entirely your choice
i always say as long as your happy thats all that counts ,too many cheap charlies here who will say i got it done for 5 baht , or you could of bought it in tim buk two and saved 5 baht

its a bus to chumpon and there you get the ferry ,sure its a 3-4 hour bus journey then 1-2 hour ferry depending which island you want to visit , the bus leaves from the clock tower
-

to the people who are siily enough to think im saying my revo is like driving a Lamborghini grow up , what i mean is its miles faster , accelerates quicker and is all round better to drive ,even compares to my old vigo champ , never mind my izuzu
the new one has a power mode button which definitely gives it loads more umph as well as a eco button too
-
i also forgot to mention i also have a isuzu dmax and comparing the 2 is like apples and pears , the dmax is crap .i swear i will never buy another ,biggest mistake i ever made , im even thinking of swapping it for a new vigo
For the sake of clarity, what year, body and badge is the dmax?
its not even a year old its what they called the all new dmax 2,5 ,i use it everyday for work ,and when i get in the vigo its like getting in a Lamborghini

well i bought one and love it , its by far better than the champ .i have had 3 vigos ,i had the champ on its release date can not fault that truck ,but the revo knocks spots off it.
its more comfy, faster , has many more extras which make it more car like in side , better acceleration and fuel economy , in fact just better in every way
the only down side is lack of after market accessories , i have been waiting 3 weeks for toyota to get them in
try one you will be suprised , mine a 2.4 e my last was a 2.5 e ,i would not swap back for sure
-
no its not the ugly blue
its a 2.4 diesel e with manual gears , as mentioned i traded in a 4 year old champ with 100000 plus on the clock , i have had 4 vigos and this is by far te best ,plenty of poke and very nice to drive , it has many features my old one did not have , power button /eco mode ,.6 gears, arm rest in the rear , cooler in the glove box , and a few moor ,more like a car inside
-
well i picked up my new revo today and i must say im impressed with it ,many new features as standard and a nice drive ,i would sat a vast improvement on the champ and they gave me a decent part ex
so no complaints from me so far

this sort of thing happens every year the immigration give them a list or farangs and they simply make sure it all up to date , incase your ever in any accident or trouble ,its not a scam or anything and nothing to worry about ,
why do people get so paranoid
-
so what was the outcome have you sorted the problem and if so how
-
you will also find your lease agreement forbids hire for personal gain ,until the cars paid for it still belongs to the finance company , plus as mentioned above insurance will be void
-
i have a 2.5 izuzu and a vigo same size both are new ,the izuzu is by far the more economical but the vigo is faster of the two

i had a ninja 300 ,i loved the bike great around town but on long rides not at all comfy ,i then bought a versys same as above and love the long rides now ,but the ninja was fun and i do miss it , i would not have a cbr again ,the ninja was by far a better bike of the 2 sports bikes
