  1. If she has had 3 months, and now 1 year and has made no attempt to pay anything then she probably never will. I would suggest that you get a letter sent to her from a "thanai" (solicitor) it probably wont do much but it will at aleast show this woman you are serious. The letter wont cost much to send but will also help if you proceed further.

The question you need to ask yourself is how much does she owe, and what is it actually likely to cost you to pursue it.

Other than that you could pay her a visit, or ask someone else to pay her a visit and "pursuade" her.

The problem is the shop of the woman is a solvent shop, she don’t want to pay because her husband (teacher) had promised to pay, for that he must get a loan he have bud his father will have a new barn. One loan later his family needs money now he wills that we wait on his next loan. We have no agreement with him only with his wife the shop owner all fit on paper in the agreement we don’t want to wait longer those whole situation isn’t what we want. What can we do?

  2. Dear Friends,

I have a question and hope someone can help me.

We have a small factory one of our clients had a credit for 3 month’s that’s a year ago now. The only thing she wants is time, in the mean time she have changed here whole shop.

I will know can I let take the money by a process server if you have that in Thailand

Or must I go to a lawyer and then to the court.

Or have some of you an Idea.

    Kind regards Ceesdu

  3. Dear Members,

I’m married a Thai woman 4 years ago I’m 62 years old from Netherland and have a retirement visa. My visa expires next month now I will change my visa to Married. The immigration office where I come don’t like that change. What can I do? I get the suggestion to make all the papers I need ready and go to an embassy of Thailand outside the country. What is your suggestion.

    Kind regards Cees
