  1. Hi Guys,

i´m not sure if this topic i´m posting is in the right section. sorry for that.

A friend of mine has overstayed his visa for over a year. He reported himself

to the immigration. They locked him up in the IDC in Bangkok. After send him to court

and he had to pay 5000 baht. He was locked up in the IDC for about a week before he

got deported. There is no unusal stamp in his passport just the normal blue stamp you

get when you departing and another stamp saying that he was prosecuted for overstaying.

But no stamp saying he is banned. Is he now on the blacklist and if yes for how long? Where

can he look it up or get information about it?

  2. Hi guys,

I came to Thailand in December on a tourist visa with two entries and now its expired. then I went on a visa run to Cambodia to get another 30 days. those 30 days are over too and I have already a few days overstay. my question is, if I fly to Burma or Cambodia for a few days, will I get another 30 days, or is it possible that they will refuse me entry cause I spend already 7 month in Thailand and had a few days overstay? I hope someone can give me some advice.

    thanks

  3. Hi there,

I known my girl for 3,5 years now. I been to Thailand many times since i met her. Now i want to apply for a

Partnership based visa which allowes her to work as well. Can you get the application Forms in english language

only or in Thai language as well ? I saw on another Forum that you can get application Forms in Thai for Australia,

so i was wondering if the same thing is available for NZ. I had a look around on the web but no sucess. I would also

appreciate some other advice on how to get on with applying. Any tip and trick needed. I hope someone will know

    whats the best to do.

    Thanks
