i have seen this clowns youtube videos of his trips to Thailand before.
Total cringe. He has no idea, and can not even handle mildly spicy food.
Easy to come up with 'tasty' food in England which is famous foractually having terrible cuisine. The bar is set very low.
He only got popular on TV from the way he carries on like an old mole, whining about everything, not because his bland food is actually any good.
But Thailand cuisine is up there with the best in the world, Thai restaurants popular and numerous all over the globe, and numerous dishes make top 100s every single survey.
Cant recall ever seeing a "English Restaurant" being popular. It tastes like krap, but blander.
Thais will think his food is tasteless, he doesnt know how to balance flavours, as proven by his old Thailand youtube content. Pepper and salt anyone?
Most Thais would say 'Gordon who?'

Judging by the amount of Indian restaurants in Pattaya they must think they're all coming here! Been here 30 years and I've never seen so many Indian restaurants!
And I've never been to one.

Perhaps so, but raw fish, straight from the water can also come with plenty of parasites...I would think avoiding raw fish (and other meats) is a safer approach. I have also heard of negative comments relating to the much loved and eaten Som Tam, some versions of which contain small raw crabs.
Why don't they just cook it and solve the problem.

Things need to be well-oiled to operate 24/7.
When I first visited Pattaya in 1985, 24/7 opening was the norm.

So an eye for an eye, well no justice system needed then. You speed we cut off your accelerator foot or your throttle hand. You touch something and it's gets damaged we chop off your hand. You must want to return to living in a feudal society. God forbid you look at a women walking by you, your eyes will be put out...

1. Low maintenance.
2. She will never contradict you.
3. She never ages.
4. You do not have to keep her entertained, nor do you have to spend any money on her.
Once you get past those immediate advantages however, some of us would argue there is nothing that beats a good woman. The companionship, the humor, the TLC (if one is very fortunate), and the ability to socialize with her, amongst friends and family.
I won't go into the mindset of a guy who chooses to live with a doll, but this is one of those occasions I agree with the government.
And of course when you get fed up with them or they get worn out, just throw them in the garbage and get a new one. What's wrong with that?

For a country that derive its main foreign earning from tourism i say let those entertainments places stay open 24 hours or let the owners of the establishments make their own hours depending on his staff availability and fair employment condition...
This is how it was in 'the old days'.

i actually honor Thailand for their driving behavior. there has never been a police stop of an individual car that i have seen in 15 years i have lived here. in USA there has been mulitple murders at traffic stops. huge fines. The drivers here are well discipline compared to other countries. i guess i am missing something in my 15 years here.
I can see why the laughing emoji has been removed with comments like tihs.

Funny thing is she lived alone, the poor darling, why would she need a lock on her bathroom door.
I live in a house with 6 family members, when I use the bathroom, I lock the bedroom door, and leave the bathroom door open.
I don't even close the door!

It's so hot in Thailand. I like 3-4 seasons. If your married to a capable Thai woman, living in Thailand has automatically lost one big appeal.
I've always liked the four seasons. The problem is they've not had a hit record in years.

Assume your gun is loaded at all times
What do you do if you check your gun and it's unloaded? See rule 1.
Never point your gun an anything or anyone you don't mean to shoot or kill.
Keep the muzzle pointed down-range at all times.
If a person is downrange, unload the gun, holster it, or put in on the bench with the breach open.
So let me get this right.
Student picks up a unfired bullet off the floor
Student thinks that unfired bullet is a "dummy"
Student loads "dummy" in magazine, racks a round (this isn't stated - But - there is no other way to get that round in the barrel.
Student playful shoots the instructor with a "dummy" round.
There is so much about this story that is totally - wrong.Better still don't have guns.

Is there a comfortable scooter where you don't feel bumps in the road

Why are these small motorbikes suddenly being called 'scooters'? Scooters were Lambrettas or Vespas back in the day.
