I stayed in this hotel on the 6th floor 4 months ago. The Russians in the next room were so drunk they were throwing beer bottles out the window onto the yard and house below. They partied until 3am. I complained and checked out early. Maybe that's why the windows were locked up tight.

First thing I thought as well. But 'all genders' seems appropriate for Thailand.

Most of the complaints received in Thai missions abroad were mainly of illegal workers of all kinds involving all genders

Shouldn't that read 'involving both genders'?

wow. Overstaying used to be 100B/day! 555 (Ha ha). I once over stayed 4 days when I worked here on a trip home. I paid my 400B and they didnt care. The price has gone up now.
