I want to establish an small workshop in bangkok for 2, 3 Thai workers, to export 100% production oversea. My activity are conform to the Foreign Business Act.

Really I need to create a limited company and put 25% of registred capital in a Thai bank?

Anybody knows different way for small business?

As a foreign company I know then I can operate from Thailand always for exportation. But, as a foreign company, can I contract Thai workers? Can I rent a warehouse?
