Just had one delivered via chefsxp with mash and supposedly mushy peas whole thing was inedible,360bt with tip but cant blame chefxp they were still here in 25mins great service.

I liked them my sunday roast especially after a good session and then the mrs would give me a hard time for having to many but 4 hours later i would take my revenge they work better than mushy peas ever did.

They were not quoted in the divorce papers but i'm sure the old brussel helped.Only seen them on a menu on xmas day here.

Do as ubonjoe said as long as you do a visa run before your current visa expires you will get 90 more days from the date you re-entered Thailand which would take you to the end of January before you would have to apply for a new non B visa.

Would be nice to know which embassy you are going to be employed by because the closer to your work will make your life much easier.

If its one on or near near wireless road their is many places in Sathorn you can get at a good price I.E Lumpini place about 8000 for a decent sized studio and all amenities and even Makro next door.

They have 1 bedroom but obviously the cost is more and i would advise you find your feet before jumping into any long contracts.

Now i stay in a 2 bedroom for 10000 not the best building in BKK but the apartment is fine and somewhere my crazy ex girlfriend wont think of looking.

Your 1 year visa will actually last you for 15 months minus a day or so just do a visa run 2 days before your year expires and they will grant you another 90 days on re- entering Thailand so if your only here a year get the Non B visa before your travels through Asia.

I read on another post that you were going to be employed by an Embassy ask if they will sort your visa and work permit for you.

could anyone help!? my friend and i are going to bangkok for 4/5 days in november before going on elsewhere! looking for apartment / hotel (with double rooms a/c, shower etc), looking to pay 600 - 1300bht max really. was thinking of being in silom/ rama / siam (any other suggestions welcome!) ive been once before, stayed in KSR. just wanna be well connected to most things. just going to party and little shopping. dont mind the odd tuk tuk taxi or train. hoping to get somewhere that will allow women back with no problems

Rajah mansion in Soi 4 is good for what you want to do.Not confuse it it with the Rajah hotel which is a dump but this place is very clean and close to Nana BTS and all the nightlife in the area.

The cost was 700bt a night or 11000 per month but they do have a website so you could check on there.

I am considering staying at the Rajah mansion for 1 month. However I heard (on the net) you may not get back your 1 month security deposit. Has anyone else heard if these allegations are true.

I stayed there for a year and never had any problems with them but obviously i got to know the staff quite well being there that long.
