We have good quality gas heaters installed (not inside ! ) and even when it is very cold like 10 degrees C we still have good warm water access and the water in our holding tanks are cold as well we have our own water source here in a rural area.

If i want the letter from my embassy i have to show my (state) pension(s)  and other income original papers AND my tax papers so they only show net income with is stated on the declaration

I did not use sunscreen often and had several operations already due to skin cancer!  BEWARE !!
