We were lucky when we had our house built in Rayong,my wife's uncle was the foreman for the builder,he was on site every day and made sure everything was done properly.We also agreed a fixed price with the builder,we paid half up front and the rest halfway through completion,as i say,we were lucky,an honest,decent builder and a family member working for him.

My wife was watching one of her thai soaps one day and suddenly she burst out laughing hysterically,I looked to see what was so funny,it was a wedding scene and a man pulled out a gun and started to shoot at the guests!! she thought this extremely hilarious,good job the bride and groom were not kissing at the time or it might have been cut.

I went into the kitchen in our house in Rayong one day,put bread in the toaster and walked away,I could see smoke coming from the toaster,I quickly turned it off,took the bread out and looked inside.My thai step-son had made cheese on toast for the first time,he put the cheese slice on the bread and into the toaster,the stuff was all over the grill,I liked that toaster .I just said don,t worry,at least you tried.

When my brother was a postman he would frequently encounter the odd doggie that objected to his presence as he entered the doggies garden,he used to spray their noses with anti-freeze,this would disorientate the dog for a few seconds,he would post the letters and run for the gate.

Gruesome.R.I.P.poor soul.
