I'm told its going through the courts now, but god knows what happens there

Is there anyone following this thing now, I'm told the bank now owns it but no one has every contacted me, is it still in limbo or has the bank started on completion?

Building A was handed over around 4 years ago, building B (The middle one) has been structurally complete for the same period. I have not been back since 2010 but I'm guessing the units for sale and rent are in building A unless hopefully someone can tell me otherwise.... beers are on me if anyone is passing and can update me.

I don't even know who to contact there anymore or how many more poor souls like me have bought and have not closed on completion.

So back to my previous post, can someone please update me with the status of building B. Do they still actually have a sales office there and what work if any is being carried out?

Can anyone give me an update on the park, I have two units in building B, it's been almost finished for a while now anyone know if it will ever be handed over. Has anyone else here got a unit in building B?

Well we are into 2014 any updates on building B handover

I guess still no movement on building B? I was told back in April it was due for handover

Thanks Eric, my only hope is it will be completed and then I can try to offload it, Tag wont honour the rental contract we signed when I bought it as an investment

Not sure Prefab, ive heard so many broken promises over the last 4 years I find it hard to believe, but I like others am into it for a lot of many so I am just hoping its true.

Still looking to make contact with anyone else in building B, surley im not the only one?

I have received a mail from TAG informing me they have a bank that will now finance the remaining project. Has anyone else been contacted?

Im told the transfer of building A fell through yet again, Anyone have a unit in building B??

Been down the lawyer route in the early days and it didnt do me any good, its just thai lawyers fighting thai lawyers and sending me the bill. I obviously hope they will honour the contract but not sure how Thai law would work in this case

I know the status of the build, its the ownership im concerned about, I am hearing building A will be completed by TAG but the rest of the project could be sold off, if thats the case where does it leave the investors who have bought units in Building B

I know the promises on building A, but I have units in Building B, its this building I am interested in

Great update but please keep an eye on the Park as you have done for me previously, and post on the Park thread thats on this board.

Up until this TAG had a good track record, Jomtien Park Villas were completed on time and were good value
