  1. BKK-DEL-KTM-BKK in their so called Executive class.

    BKK-DEL, airplane was so old, dirty, seats are from 60's and toilet reeks of moth balls, served same food as in coach in aluminum foil container, food was bad, really bad.

    DEL-KTM same old airplane but tiny bit cleaner, same seats from 60's, food horrible again, difference between Non Veggie and Veggie was two pieces of chicken in same food.

    I asked for Coke and answer was no Soda on board. Bathroom was bit cleaner too but without paper towel or Kleenex.

    KTM-DEL-BKK, same dirty plane again, asked for a blanket and received a used and stained one, smelled kind of funny too, asked for 7up or Sprite and answer was only Pepsi on board.

    Had Non veggie continental and they served me cold spaghetti Bolognese. Meal served with drink, I ordered Gin and Tonic, No Ice on board, cheap Gin and really flat tonic water.

    No napkins and meal served with Kleenex, asked to them for an immigration form, kept saying we will give you one later, 10 minutes before landing answer was "you have to get one at the terminal".

    Air India business class was a JOKE!

    Poor service is one problem but biggest problem with their employees, they are arrogant, rude and they are more interested in taking care of themself than passengers in the plane.

    Each plane was so old and dirty, after each flight I was wishing I could take a shower to wash off the dirt from plane.

    One more sad thing, I asked for water and they served me a water bottle on folded toilet paper.

    I really want to know where do they get their planes, maybe from Nevada Airplane junkyard. Please avoid at all cost! You've been warned!

    Wish nice folks on Thaivisa.com can help us out.

    We need a new Technician to repair our Electric sliding gate and to also service our electronic key-card entry system.

    It seems like our contractor is fooling with us, first they came out said "5000 Baht for new sensor will do the job" then said "another 9500 Bath for board" then now saying "another 14000 Baht for new motor".

    So we asked them "Any more expenses?" and answer was we don't know yet.

    The whole thing sounds like usual Technician BS to us and we really would like to get a second opinion from another Techician.

    For easy understanding, I am attaching picture of our gate.

  3. why bother to call 1100, The only answer you will get from 1100 is "NO HAVE"

  4. TOT Guys came out yesterday afternoon to check the internet, nothing wrong at my end, said problems on the cable somewhere on Sukumvit..."we will look" that is what they said, it took a week them to come out to check,, let's see how long it will take to fix the problem. just great service!

  5. Still no Internet out here, went tho TOT office this morning and answer was "we will contact tech people" , same useless answer for a week.

    So I called 1100 once again, and this time answer was just great "I know you called last week, we called tech people already, so there is nothing that we can do about it, you don't need to call us anymore"

  6. still no TOT internet in my area in Na Jomtien(near Pinnacle hotel), and TOT has no idea where to look and how to repair. what a lousy company and useless people.

    3BB service was total crap out here, so we changed to TOT sadly we did not know TOT is even trashier than 3BB.

    Just so sad!!!!!

  7. Hi Folks!

    I am in Na Jomtien area and TOT internet is down for 2 days now, went to their office in Na Jomtien yesterday and they told me "area phone line problem therefore no internet".

    And also told me that "Not sure how long will take to repair the phone line".

    Anyone having same problem as I do out here in Na Jomtien?

    What an utter trash service and stupidity that phone company not being able to fix phone line.

    So sad!

  8. 3month ago, I went to India to travel for a month, while I was there I mailed 6 post cards, two to Australia, two to South Korea, two to Thailand.

    Post cards took 5 days to get to Australia and South Korea, but two that I sent to Thailand never arrived.

    Now I am waiting priority mail from US(which sent two weeks ago from California),

    Normal air mail take usually 3 weeks to receive from US, that is why I asked my friend to use Priority mail service.

    It's not right to take this long, and I begin to wonder, what is wrong with Thai Postal service, or Am I not using a right postal service to send things to Thailand from US.

    BTW, I live in Na Jomtien.

    back home,,, you just have good time with a girl that you picked up at the bar, but in pattaya, the girl you picked up at bar, you have to pay her and start feed her whole family... including their cows and dogs. that is the difference :)

  10. For real good deal air tickets,,, look for an agency in Bangkok. Generally cheaper than Pattaya and few phone calls and a ATM transaction is all you need to get a good deal on ticket.
