It must have a pool and idealy a gym.

Im new to Bangkok & I'm from the UK, male (35)

I would like some advice as I'm on a budget- I would like to rent a condo/studio in Sukhumvit- I like the look of 'Nana Condo' as it gets a good review on here, however, open to any advice.

How do I contact owners, is there a good website to book long term stay? I just find lots of details but not contact numbers or prices or how to book or if I need to sign contracts are bills included etc../???

I need a place from Jan- end April. (4 months)

Whats the normal procedure please.
