Cutting back on real events and replacing with cr@p.

The Tour de France was a prime example.

True were advertising the 'live' daily coverage on ESPN for the whole of July whilst it was on.

Trouble was ESPN were not showing it.

All that was available was an erratic 30 minute daily highlights programme the following day.

The biggest insult was the showing of a <deleted> hotdog eating contest instead of the advertised live coverage of the opening stage.

You get a lot of fps. How many fps can a game console achieve? Can the eyes make a difference between 30 fps and 80 fps for instance? And this all on the average LCD monitor that you use?

I really want to find out if it is not a better idea to buy a game console instead of a PC if you like to play games and play them on a normal TV. A good PC for games is extremely expensive. Then it might be a better idea to play with an old monitor because of the refreshing rates - not to mention the color problems with LCDs.

You spend so much money to have the perfect games. Please let me know what is wrong with my thinking.

Somehow it does not fit. So much effort and still only an Intel I7 920. It is the lowest I7 CPU on the market. And no Raid? Why? You seem to be a severe overclocker using this computer mainly for games I guess. But why not then a game console for a fraction of this price? I never had one but I think they will be faster because they are just build for this. And create less heat and have less power consumption. Please correct me if I am wrong. In addition to all this DX11 is around the corner and might force you to do some upgrades - the expensive graphic cards - if you want to sell one please let me know - I just plan to build a new system. So what is the advantage of such a system over a game console? Again, I never had one but what I see they do a great job - even play Blue Ray.

I'm sorry but unless you are prepared to run updates for you OS then you are asking for trouble. I have found the people who complain about Windows OS are the ones who run pirated copies so open themselves up to problems. A legit copy updated automatically will save you lots of time and money. The OS of your computer is the most important part of the wholew system. Better to pay a litle bit more than risk all the problems that are out there. I have been running legit XP and Vista now for over 2 years here and not a virus or other problem in that time. Any problem I have with Windows I know I can call on the full resources of MS to assist me as I have paid for it!

I had with Maxnet also many packages. The worst of all was Premier and the best was Indy 5 Mbps. Premier did not make ANY difference for me for normal sites but a big one for downloads - it is slower than Indy. At Indy the download always worked at the rated speed. At Premier too - but the rated speed for the same money is much lower ;-) In addition to this I had endless load errors with Premier.

But let's face the facts. Maxnet is/was bankrupt. It was a great ISP at least for Thailand. Perhaps too good for the endless downloaders - do they even look at their endless downloads? The future will unfold within the next months. Hard to believe that it will be like before. Maxnet (TTT) should apply download limits within reasonable borders and ask for higher fees outside them. Then not everybody has to pay for the extreme downloaders. And I know some downloading all the movies 24 hours and never looking at them... We all pay for it.

Well i have a Maxnet Priemer upto 4 gb.. i've had it well over a year now and wondering if there anything better for me reason i'm askin i've start up again doing Utorrent seems tobe slow as hel_l even doing a few mods to utorrent .. i can only go with maxnet because live so far out near underwater world just of Sukhumvit Rd.. i will also post some shot of net speed what i'm getting at the moment
