Protecting territory, the dogs territory is only inside their chanote area, outside is not dogs territory, like my pitbull terrier do, try to jump inside my gate and you will see,...but if I open the gate he is not interested about dogs outside...maybe is a cleaver dogs not a stupid dog grow up with a...thai dont care family...education 1st! Dog unlock in the strret, ...mean no owner :-)

I live in Sattahip area, and in my village I have the same problem, 2 dogs from my neighbour are always free in front of my house, they attack me and my wife several time, expecially when we use the motorbike, we complain already 3 times to the government (once I sent my lawyer), and to the manager of the village, but nothing change, cause the family owner is a Navy and they have friend in this area, I am very tired about my situation, and some people living here too, because one of them, the big one, run like a crazy, and every day there is a risk of accident with kids, with cars or motorbikes that use to go in and out from the main entrance gate...I love dogs, I have two dogs too but I use look all of them because I respekt my all neighbours when I walk with them, and they never poo or pee inside, but I live them do in the jungle!

I know that if I drive my pick up in front of my house and the dogs are free is NOT my responsability if one of them will finish under my car, like the Government officer and my lawyer say to me, the owner of the dogs must to take care and look at them ;-)

Some respekt and understand to the german man, nobody know until you have the same situation!

Have any body had in the past or present problem to build their own dream house with this "builders company".

I heard I am not the first one that have to complain about how they build the houses unprofessionaly (many big mistake, like wrong roof, missing wall, different shape from real project...).

I've been today to visit my house...the situation is: They move a lot of workers to try to finish the house in time, before end of November.

But anyway I have an appointement with the owner of the company, the salesgirl suggest to inform him, cause he think in his company everybody work well, cause the manager does not inform him about the situation, and now i know some farang that they bought there too have some problem too.

Like we say "affaire a suivre".

The reason that the house will not finish in time is: they choise people that make a lot of mistake during build the house (ex they miss a wall!!! ...and they build like shit everything including some wall inside looks banana shape!!!)...then they decide to kick out the 1st team workers ( I saw drank people work in the roof in March 2008, and I already complain every time I visit them, every 2 weeks, but...they still continue to work until middle of September 2009), then in September 2009 they take a 2nd team of workers to fix ALL, a lot of mistake in the house and build like unprofessional until that time, then they lose time to fix the job from the 1st team.

But they warranty to me they will finish in time.

Is true, I know about the time and work is not like in Switzerland of course, so I decided that will stay relax and wait. PS My friend have a same problem in Phuket, and he is architekt in my country, say to me the same, relax, and before go to visit the house drink a bit ;-)

But just in case, can somebody tell me a good company law in Pattaya specialist about this.

Hi, I sign a contract to build my new house in Baan Sarey (PATTAYA) in November 2008...they start build in February 2009. The contract that I sign in November 2008 say that the house will be finish end of October 2009 from that date in 1 months they wiil change in my wife name.

My situation at the moment is:

2 months agoo we agree with the home builder manager that the house will be late one months, then will be finish end of November 2009. Our plane was to move before Christmas 2009.

I really don't think they will respect the termine.

So, can anyone pls here tell me what I can do...with kind of action I can do to this company builders...and if can recommend me a good company lawyer if I have to fight with them (Pattaya).

Any risk for me? Can I win, ...the contract here is valid like in Europe or what, mean if they don't respect can I ask money from them for the time I could not go inside the house like the contract we sign?

Have anybody had bad experience like me or I am unlucky hehehe!

...the new law said...that you have problem if you ask a visa in a coutry border of Thailand...but if you go back to Europe (like I do) every time my 2 entry Visa expire...NO PROBLEM! They did this cause many workers no farang but Laos, Myammar etc do this and they come work in Thailand (like people they build my new house, they can not speak thai) they work illigally with tourist visa :-)

Hi can somebody tell me if I can have a Insurance cover from a company insurance in Thailand if I have just the Tourist 3 Entry Visa. And wich one is good to cover all that I can find in Pattaya. I live here 9 months a year and now in my country I have nothing. Thanks PS I am 38 y old

So It's mean that the officer in Jomtien decide if today we have the sun or the rain? What we can do, or where we can complain about this kind of officer? How we can show them that thai new rule law is valid? What I have to do?

I wanna write about my experience that I had today (17/03/2009) in the Jomtien Beach Immigration office.

I was there for a normal extension at my Tourist Visa (30 days more, I have a tourist visa 2 entry that I use always cause every 3 months I go back to my country to visit my parents and for me until now is ok), then me and my girlfriend (Thai citizen) we argue to the thai officer on the desk no 3 with write OVER 90 DAYS, LINE A about info for the new rules about Immigration Visa "0" marriage (we have the intention to get married in December, I am 38 years old), he said:

1) 400000 baht in a thai bank accont

AND he said AND not OR

2) 40000 baht a months that they come from outside, to support family for me (Switzerland) ????

I was really surprise cause I read in some forum that I have one of them option now after new rules coming last December 2008 to choise and NOT TOGHETER!

Somebody please can give me the right answer and really what the new thai law says about it?

Hi everybody, I'm new here, first I have to say sorry for my English, but I come from Switzerland (Lugano TI), I speak Italian and French, so I don't speak and write well :-( English.

Anyway I will say thanks to everybody that can help me...

My topic is:

A friend of my girlfriend gave to us, like a present, a puppy of American Pit Bull Terrier (I love him)...he is 1 and 20 days old. Next week we go to the vet for waxin (in Pattaya Tai Road... anybody know this place? Good or Bad experience? They say they can cut ears of my dog from 2000 b up...).

I' m looking for different information and opinion about cut the ears of him (when?), (post operation problem?) etc., vet clinic adress very good in Pattaya, where they work safe and well 100% and more...and past experience from anybody that did it before me...at the moment I am not sure if I will do it or not...so I would like to know some different opinion and experince about it...I live in Pattaya (Banglamung).

And of course how I can training well my puppy (food, game, teaching...), to have a good dog in the future (I have a big garden to run and play with him).
