............I started to explore Asia about three years ago, it started with diving around the islands of Thailand Vietnam and Cambodia, I then started to explore northern Thailand and became totally hooked, The people are so friendly and the countryside so beautiful, I have since had a house built in Namphong which is around 40kmts east of Khon Kaen I find its a great base to explore the rest of Thailand, I still have to pinch myself when i open the back door and look out over the Paddie fields and mountains in the distance!.....my only gripe is the lack of decent motorbikes available, so i am having my V Max imported from the UK.

At the moment I spend around five-six months of the year here and have to return periodically for business commitments Oh! well cant have it all!.........Mike Hancock
