This gets better............. I just finished my 90 day check in... oh crap.. it was 23 Jun 2011. So as of 31 June 2011, my visa is not good but I am permitted to stay until Mar 2012?

How does this happen? LOL....

Permit my confusion please.... LOL

Issue date is 1-Jul 2010 - enter before 30 June 2011 Visa 1 year

Entered 18 Aug 2010, Visa starts, and accompanying stay until date is 17 Aug 2011 ( This is the 1 year Visa active date?)

Leave Nov -2010

Reenter 26 Mar 2011, get new stamp stay until date of 25 Mar 2012. (Is this an extension of the 17Aug date? Or is this useless and my visa still expires 17 Aug?)

What determines that date? The first entry, or second entry? Can you be permitted to stay longer than your visa?

I entered originally with a US Royal Embassy Visa A-O /Ret, issue date of 1Jul 2010, Multi Entry in: Aug. 2010, with stamp admitted until Aug 2011

Then left Kingdom from Nov 2010 to Mar 2011.

Re-entered Mar. 2011, Suvarnabhumi airport, using same visa; and received automatic extension stamp admitted until Mar 2012?

Anyone have this happen? Will they keep extending this if I leave and come back via flying?

Someone enlighten me. I don't get. Used to be 2-30 day extn's with border exit/entry. Now it 4 -15 day extn's. What's the diff other than money? What new rule? You can stay 90 days max. Right? Signed; Confused Easily.. LOL

First it was reported to be a "Slop Mat" (sorry can not find the link as it was from a Aussie News site) then as I have shown before on another thread that I think it would be a 'Bar Towel' and now I am sorry to say that this cannot not be the real 'Bar Mat' as it is a 'Foot Mat' that the said lady had a problem with or am I wrong

If you look at the 3rd post in the other thread, I asked what a bar mat was in this instance. Because when I worked in restaurants for 13 years, a bar mat was most commonly the floor covering, but also the bar top mat.

Either way, her own audio account was that she instantly knew there was extra weight in her bag when she picked it up (and did nothing about it). And when confronted she says she handed the bag back to her friends to deal. So she knew there was something in her bag and knew who put it there. She's received about what I think a first offender would get at least in the US, probation and a small fine. Well, the local Governor paying the fine for her makes it a little third world.

This is not unusual to anyone is it? Drunken broad gets loud, nasty, maybe "handy" with the police. Why her friends didn't "buy" the mat as a gift/rememberance for her is sad. In stead, they decide to "sneak/steal" it...

Since you mention a 60 day visa I presume you have a tourist visa. A tourist visa can be extended by 30 days for 1,900 baht at any immigration office. There is an office in BKK at suan plu. Look for details here:

Have U.S.A. 60 day visa coming to an end. Is 15 day extn still in tact? I've heard a rumor for a 30 day?

Regardless, from Bkk, should I assume to fly to Udonthani and then bus up to Nong Khai?
