I have a dell laptop / ubuntu 18.4 / canon e410 printer. Printer/copier work OK but can't get scanner working. Hard to find scanner driver for this combination, though I did previously find driver for Mint 20.1, tried that on ubuntu but doesn't go. Any advice/guidance will be appreciated. Added complication is that I'm an 80yo newbie 80km from Udon Thani. Thanks

My AIS 1-2-Call prepaid SIM card has been locked and I can't find the PUK to unlock it. Is there any way (or some clever techo) that can unlock it sans PUK? Preferably in Udon.

I'm a smartphone novice, just bought a new Lenovo A369i phone but dismayed it comes with no detailed User Manual. The shop no help, just refers me to the 'Support' which offers only downloads of the same 'guides' as came in the box. Is there any way I can buy or download a detailed User Guide for this phone, or a general Guide that will help me?
