no wiltshire and barclay, tbh them not being in didn't surprise me. at the top level Barclay aint smart enuf runs into to many dead ends and tends to be eaten alive by top quality defending ,and wiltshire , well he just hasnt been getting enuf play time  Antonio the only surprise ,,but his versatility is a plus for him,  and perhaps wallcott, but his pace for the break when he's match fit is probably still only rivaled by vardy, actually thinking about it i might hve taken witshire over henderson but hey no biggie , im sure it will come out in the wash   and tbh dont see many changes to happen in the near future, thoughts gentleman?

  2. The problem is definitely that everyone has an opinion on what formation to play and who plays where, and Woy seems to be trying to accommodate them all!

Or he's just trying to keep and get as many match fit players for later in the tournament, which is sort of sensible.

It don't always run to plan though does it,, ide say actually the 74 squad had an precocious array of talent that dwarfs todays squad and look what happened to them.

  4. Not so sure bout the 'gelling ' bit but would have liked to have seen rashford go at that defence he's got wonderful close control and ain't feared at going past peopleand can do it in tight situ's,, looked a real handful against Wales And i know he didn't score but l2 me looked as effective if not more so as woys other more heralded subs

  5. Still make hodgsons decision to make changes right.

Thought that Hendersons lack of game time.showed had the right ish ideas but delivery was borderline shocking. Surprisingly Wiltshires first touch let him down and was caught in possession both happened far to often suppose the same asHenderson applies ,, game time. But better rid now than later. Can see where Hodgson was coming from putting vardy down the centre but sterling out wide ,,, wasted. still not all doom and gloom,, the defence has had 3 games together always Useful. Can't wait for someone to actually come at us we've got frightening ability/pace on the break which barring the bacs havnt had the chance to use yet. To me England look like a team that's busting at the bit to give someone a real spanking.. France would do.

  6. Bloody Difficult when you've got good athletes covering something like maybe 10sq metres ,,, agree with bilic when teams take us on,, ie better teams that want to win as opposed to not wanting to lose England could well find it easier. Don't care what blocks is spouted Im still optimistic.

  7. Most of the England midfield appear to be taking a wild guess as to where they are supposed to be playing.

If this is a game of two halves you are ducked!
Yeah yeah yeah,,, fun me Henderson couldn't be delivering more ship ball into the box if Slovakia asked him.

  11. When 'woy' took the job the 'moaners' knocked him, saying he only plays with one formation and is far too predictable for top level footie. So, he's got better players who can adapt he uses that and plays with a variety of formations they knock him for that , I guess moaners will be moaners will be moaners :P:huh:
