I just went last week to Immigration on Jomtien soi 5 for my 90 days, after I came back from Belgium and I had copy passport, last entry, tm30, and when came inside on the front, the lady only took my passport, gave me a number and after approx. 5 min she came back with the paper in my passport .so quick.

Police do nothing about such things, my wife went many years ago to such a loan shark in Korat and asked for 300.000 baht, now 7 years later she still pay every month 7000baht and police are afraid to do something, because she has children and grandchildren.

My GF made a loan of 300.000 Baht to repair the house where mama and the 3 children live in, this was in 2014, she pay 7000 baht a month and is still paying the same amount, I talked once to a police officer about that, but he told me nearly nothing they can do, because there are children involved. So keep on paying, the only solution would be to pay the 300.000 in one time, but I don't like it, I cant go to this man, because I would be big trouble then.
