  1. Opening a bank account

    Hi all, quick question regarding opening a Thai bank account as a foreigner. My question is can a Thai account still be opened without holding a visa (marriage retirement)etc? As from what I can tell I can’t get either visa without the bank account and having sufficient funds in it. for context been married to a Thai national for many years, we have property in Thailand and Visit at least twice a year now and just trying to plan ahead for longer stays in Thailand. Im fully aware I should have opened a bank account several years ago. thanks for your time
