I would have thought that killing someone and chopping up her body would be considered a human rights abuse. Going to the police station with an overstay? He should`ve known better after 10 years thailand.

Doing Yaba or overstay your Visa are "no-go`s" for farang you go directly in jail and its getting expensive.

Why not ask for the price of the tuk-.tuk price upfront? If its too much take next one its easy (while you walk away he lowers the price anyway sometimes)
