  1. If found guilty, he is liable to a maximum two years' imprisonment or a fine of no more than Bt40,000, or both.

The person who hacked into Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's Twitter account broke into her email and used it to access her Twitter feed, Information and Communication Technology Minister Anudith Nakornthap says.

He yesterday said the suspect changed the passwords to the prime minister's email and Twitter accounts after obtaining access _ an offence punishable by a fine of 100,000 baht and a jail term of up to five years under the 2007 Computer Crime Act.

  2. Hemp smokers beware: if you're caught with a little bit of hemp herb, you could go to jail

I once was very drunk and was beating my thai gf very badly because i got drunk from SangSom with Coke so much.

When i smoke weed i never ever get into situations like that.

    Alcohol = legal = bad

    Weed = illegal = good?

    Strange world that is.....

    Crackdown?

When i want smoke ice, i smoke ice.

When i want smoke yaba, i smoke yaba

When i want smoke weed, i smoke weed

Nothing going to stop me, it my own decision

  3. "Also presented were 400 one-kilogram bricks of compact marijuana allegedly seized from his home."

    Hmm... 400 exactly?

Mayhaps the BiB "rounded it down", so to speak, for convenience in numbers?

Yeah and of course after 2 month exactly 400 one-kilogram bricks left.

"Chalong Police were tipped off by an informant that a “major” marijuana dealer in Rawai had received a large drug shipment two months ago, police said."

  4. A Britt dies in Thailand likely because of his over indulgence and we have to read a story that largely talks negatively about the area of Thailand where he died.

All nations have certain quirks in their culture but is not taking responsibility for ones own actions and/or needing to lay blame on others a common trait among the Britts?

What part of Thai culture is drinking cocktails out of buckets and having a menu of drugs available?

That photo was taken, by the looks of it, well over 8 years ago and unlikely taken on Koh Phangan.

That photo is a fake. Some farangs wrote something on the board to give it the thai guy for a photo thats all.

    Brown Speed yeah right LOL

  5. I am surprised that with the human rights abuses that that place in Thai jails, that any western country would extradite here.

I would have thought that killing someone and chopping up her body would be considered a human rights abuse. While he is not guilty until proven in court, the Thai government would have to have established a compelling case in order to justify extradition ... of course the only court that really counts is the ThaiVisa fact-free forum.

No offense to the victim or her family and friends but, wouldn't human rights abuse be if she was chopped up before she was killed?

No death penalty for Karas! Let him serve out a life sentence with NO parole!

    No death penatly 100% sure.

  6. Hi there,

i want to bring a few packets Spice , A Potent Pot Pourri ;), to thailand.

It´s legally sold here in germany and its a chemical Cannabioide:

    My link

I think thais dont even know this (this stuff is 5 times stronger than ganja and when they check your urine nothing in there ;)

SO i am safe to bring some to thailand or not? Think there are no laws against it,or?

I not want to be in the situation that the check my laguagge and open the packs and say its ganja.

It looks same but its not ganja at all, even THC tests are negative on it.

    regards,

    M.
