I try to use One Two Go (Orient Thai) airlines for internal flights

I've never flown with Phuket Air, so I can't comment but I can well imagine what they are like because I have flown with One Two Go from Bangkok to Phuket.

They are also a fleet of ancient 747's. The planes are so old that they still have ashtrays and plug-ins for the old style tube headphones. Furthermore they came from some fleet that still allow smoking, and the cabin smells really bad.

After that trip, I told myself that I wasn't flying with them anymore and would try Phuket Air next time! Fortunately- there were no convenient flights and I flew Thai on my last trip.

My wife and daughter are two of those 400 that were supposed to fly this morning. I'm in the uk. After reading these threads I'm scared!!!!

They are phoning me in a few hours, do I say get your card out and buy another ticket or do we just hang in ?

how i made it home god only knows.. proper scary stuff, disaster waiting to happen if u ask me..

i was on that flight from bangkok.. when we landed in sharjah they refuelled the plane while we were still on it.. i was sitting right opposite the wing when i noticed a man in flip flops on a ladder syphoning fuel out into a bucket, i asked what was going on, and the thai steward told me they were pumping water round it to clean the system out!!!lol after being on the plane for nearly 3 hours due to a tech problem,we were allowed off into the airport.. thats when we caught a proper glimpse of the aircraft from ###### in its full glory... to say that it had looked like it had bounced off a mountin was un understatement.. after 4 hours in the airport we were told it was fixed (for the third time) and safe to board.. we got on again, seat belts fastened, transfixed on the leaking wing, when we saw it comeing out again,people started to panic, wasent till engines on full thrust that it started to p*ss out like a ######, we all thought our time was up.. it stopped just in time, stewards were phoneing captin and banging on the door to cockpit, we panicked, the thai stewards panicked... but we got off.. we rufused to fly on that plane again..

which was the start of our nightmare 80 hour delay in sharjah..

thankyou phuket air... for nothing... british airways for me next time..

and still we will travel every year.. to amazing thailand. the land of lies..

well another one bites the dust.. cant they get a high off being on holiday and enjoying all about thailand? serves em right the greedy dumb ass basterds...

What if these guys are innocent? Do you believe the Thai judicial system is that good that you would be prepared to risk someones life on it? 

Stop for a second and think about it logically, would anyone be stupid enough to risk his life for 1.whatever ounce of whatever drug it was?

There is a proverb that if something sounds too good to be true it usually is.

I think the opposite applies as well, nobody can be so stupid. I am more inclined to believe that someone wanted one or two of these guys put away and make sure whatever was needed to do the job was found on their person/premise.

we have all been to thailand, and said before we go, ok ill wear a condom, but it has not happened,due to drunkiness, condom breakage etc.. i personally have been to thailand many a time , still ok but u never know do u?? is it any worse than having a one night stand in your own city or town god only knows?

i go pattaya all the time, most of the bars are not takin any notice, most of them will continue to bribe the local police,so it will be buiseness as usual..
