my theory would be the cafe also, we are talking 1 can of TUNA here, if this was the case of pre shop storage, it is logical to assume there would be thousand of cans with the same problem, you dont go fishing for TUNA and end up with one can. i rest my case
I'm working for a Tuna company. If it is for restaurant, they normally order cans in 66.5 oz. So you can imagine how many orders of tuna sandwiches you make make out of 66.5 oz tuna.

I live in a Japan. A 5 minute ride from my house to the train station cost 1000 yen or about 330 baht. I don't know why the Japanese complain in Thailand. It is dirt cheap there for a taxi. But I can understand that they complain about the cheating of farangs.
It costs 1000 yen, not 250 yen and they try to cheat you additional 750, right?
Sure no Japanese would complain if the fees would be higher. But they complain about cheating.
I didn't feel cheated. Okay, no meter. But inside the taxi, it shows a list of prices from kilometer to kilometer. And I knew how much will I pay. I had 2 big suitcases so I've chosen a big car. Like I said, it's cheap. After he brought me to my hotel, he has to come back to the airport, wasting another hour or more, then waiting for the line again. I've heard in England or US taxi fares are expensive as well. Thailand taxi fares are cheap.

I went to Thailand last December and I paid 600 baht, which I consider cheap. I want to know how much you pay taxi fare in Japan with the same distance in kilometers.
I'm living in Vietnam and from the place I live to Saigon airport is about 35 kilometers. But the taxi fare is 600,000 VND (30 US).

Ahh CDC, thanks for mentioning that . . .
For sure they know everything about ebola virus, besides they 'own' the patent of it.
http://topinfopost.com/2014/08/05/why-does-the-cdc-own-a-patent-on-ebola-invention-ebola-man-made
This is NOT highly contagious in the way that SARS and MERS are, or appear to be. This does require some significant exposure to body fluids. While vigilance is wise, fearfulness is unwarranted.
yet the CDC recommendation to flight crews seems a bit unsure - red text I highlighted..
... http://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/air/managing-sick-travelers/ebola-guidance-airlines.html
Management of ill people on aircraft if Ebola is suspectedIt is difficult to know what illness a sick person has on an airplane without further evaluation and laboratory testing. Therefore , cabin crew should follow routine infection control precautions for ill travelers identified during flight. Although Ebola does not spread through the air, these routine precautions include management of travelers with respiratory illness to reduce the number of droplets expelled into the air.
- Keep the sick person separated from others as much as possible.
- If the sick person is coughing or sneezing, provide a surgical mask (if the sick person can tolerate wearing one).
- If a mask cannot be tolerated, provide tissues and ask the person to cover mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

Why not put the free wi-fi in the city but not on the expressway.
Thailand is more advance than Vietnam in terms of IT, isn't it?
I can find free wifi in saigon almost everywhere. when I went to Bangkok, it was so frustrating to find any free wifi.
Went to starbucks, I had to buy 150 baht for one hour.
In Saigon, you go to Coffee Beans, free internet, Highlands coffee, free internet, you go to the malls, you'll get free internet.

"These two men entered Thailand a while ago but did not conduct any terrorist activity. I wonder why Israel was suspicious about them."
A very intelligent statement . . . LOL

Speaking of getting married in thailand. I've been doing a lot of thinking a couple of days ago about it. But I want to give you my background first. I am a 48 years old Filipino, living in thailand for 20 years. Anyway, I've been separated from my wife (filipina) for 18 years. We have children.
I've been living with a thai woman for 16 years now. My children were also close to her and the woman whom i married don't bother anymore because we were separated before i met this woman.
I've been contemplating to get married with her. We've been calling each other 'husband and wife' and of course, dreaming of someday, things will be legal.
Divorce is not acceptable in our country. So getting the right paper from the embassy will not work out for sure since i'm still married.
Do they have any exceptions to the rule here in Thailand? Or do you know of any ways to do it?
Thanks a lot.

So it's not our concern how you keep them after you open the can
