  1. ED is mostly a sign that something different in your body is going wrong. My best advise i can give is, please go to a cardiologist and let them search for any plaque in your arteries. Otherwise you might encounter a stroke or heart attack some years in the future.

ED comes many years before stroke or heart attack. When the blood flow to the penis is impaired, thee is a very strong likelihood the blood flow to other parts of your body is impaired too. The problem is about plaque in arteries you will not feel anything about it, until the artery is closed at least 60%, 70% or more.
    I don't assuming, it's my experience.

Take pills like Viagra or Cialis is like we all know or at least guess, only to cure a symptom without going to the root. From my view there are to many doctors out there, who are not able to see the real root and just prescribe the pills. A heart specialist should be able to check if there is any problem in your blood vessels or not.

  2. I never used the drugs you mentioned. But i have really good experience with something that have more natural ingredience.  It's  called D-Maxxx. You find it at Lazada and it's easy to order. Usually 1 capsual is enough. I think it's cheaper than all this drugs you mentioned. Just give it a try.

Btw. like other mentioned here, it's very likely that an underlying condition is the source for this problem. For me, there is a heart problem, i never was aware before.

  3. Thank you for explaining the openbills. I did not know the distinction. Anyway it seems openbills are part of the stork family. I found this at Wikipedia:

I see a lot of this birds this year here in the Chiang Rai area. I like them, but It's the first time in 12 years i see them in so many big groups. Because of that i asked myself like the OP, why are they here. Something must have changed for them, to stay here now, instead other places like the years before. If i remember right, i've seen them first time this year around 6 to 8 weeks ago. As Wikipedia says "they make long distance movements in response to weather and food availability." My guess is, weather or food availability (or both) has changed for them. As they are related to the India subcontinent it seems possible they coming because of the heat in India this year. But this is only my personal guess.

  4. 7 hours ago, OmarZaid said:

oil -- I take 1-2 tablespoons daily of mixed olive, coconut, grapeseed, flaxseed daily,

That's sounds like a good selection, OmarZaid. Can you please tell me, where to get flaxseed oil in Thailand?

  5. Some days ago i was at the bridge from Chiang Khong (AH 3), with no intend to cross the border at this time.

Arrrived at the bridge an immigration officer ask me if i would like to cross the border. I told him it's too expensive to pay for a visa and only cross the border for some hours. After asking for my home country (Germany) he said  i could go with the bus and don't pay for visa, only for bus. I did not went to Laos, because it was not planned at this day.

Now it seems a little bit more clear what he talked about. But Germany is not listed on the website linked above and not on the website from the Laos Immigration Office.

  6. Your question is answered, i only add my own experience.

I'm currently on a NON-O A Visa. Walked over the border in Mae Sai last time at the beginning of April 2017. Very friendly officers at the border point. Ready to guide you for any questions. Tell the Burma officers you want to go straight back and you don't need to go any further then the checkpoint. Only pay them the "entry fee" 500 Baht. With valid visa it's very easy to do.

  7. I'm on my bicycle daily. Sometimes only 8 km, sometimes 30 to 50 km, more seldom more than 100 km and more.

Most important is to separate the bicycles from the motor traffic. One reason is to avoid possible contacts with the motorised traffic because it's reducing the chance dramatically to have accidents with them. The other reason is, to avoid inhalation of the exhaust fumes. Stay on the traffic light and inhale the black cloud from a diesel truck is not fun and not healthy at all.

A good model for bicycle lanes is Denmark and special Copenhagen, Denmark. A little bit more than 50% of the daily traffic to work goes with bicycle. Even they have cold winters and it's more uncomfortable to handle the clothes then. Much more easier in a country with "always summer on", like Thailand. Of course develope a network of bicycle lanes is a project over decades.

The safety for the body, like helmet, is a priority for one's own responsibility. For a long time i've ignored the protective function of a helmet. Now i wear always a helmet, even for only some hundreds meter to go.

A lot for bicyclist happens special in the last years. Much, much more has to be done in the future to bring more motorist on the bicycle and feel save. Not only for the own healthiness. Much more for our environment.

  9. I voted for strong addicted, even i stopped since 3 weeks now.

Prepare coffee in the morning was always a ceremony for me. The smell from the fresh grinded coffee made me high. A new day without coffee was like impossible.I did drinking a triple cappuccino in the morning and a double cappucino in the afternoon. Daily.

I felt, i took to much of coffee. Had some slightly pressure (no pain) in the brain and some other symptomes that made me think about my coffee behaviour.

The first three days without coffee were not that easy, especially some headaches, but than i felt better and better. My mind is more free now.

Sometimes, like today, i feel a strong demand for coffee. But this one more reason to resist the temptation, because i don't want feel i loose against my demand for coffee.

I don't know if i will stop for the whole life. Maybe when i feel i can drink the coffee without be addicted, i will start to drink sometimes a coffee. For now i will stop at least for some more weeks to abstain from coffee.

  10. Go to a service center and tell them. Sometimes there are apps on the phone which can cause expensive calls. Or some special SMS. Let TrueMove stop all advertising to and from your phone. TrueMove is aware of the problem and will help you. That's my experience.
