Hi

My passport has about a page and half left and my visa application yesterday went pear shaped as my visa had run out of date before I could get the 3 month extenetion

Therefore I’ve had to take a 14 day tourist extension until I sort everything out

My question is though how long does it take too sort a new passport out via Hong Kong now

Could I get additional pages added faster and how much as my passport expires next November for the ten year, so I only really need 6-8 pages to get me through. As I would apply for a non immigrant 0 which gives me four 3 months border entry I believe

What if I send my passport off and my time in Thailand visa expires would they return too myself in Thailand to pay the overstay.

Any advise please as the old company used too sort these problems out

Just had a keebab this morning for breakfast from MV and i must say very juicy quite a mouthful for only 60 baht , same price as food court prices and you get a lot more meat/ food for your buck.Try it folks before it dissapears or we may be reading of the subject/thread of " Wheres that great kebab shop gone"

I seem to have a stalker who is targeting my estate agent website in Thailand and writing compliments and other silly childish timewasting things of how wonderful the site is and how it helps him with his site/blogs etc..

I think i may know who it is and it really doesnt bother me that much on a personal level. As it doesnt cost me anything apart from a bit of time, laughing at it. As per buddha says

Yes i agree on the cool place havent tried his burgers as unfortunately he was shutting for the night when i went round . He a nice guy as well and put alot of time and effort into the place over the last 12 months, when the high season come's im sure he will do well. Just a bit out of the way from town though for a delicious burger and shake.

If you have any childrens birthdays coming up the manager at shakecentral states they will be doing parties for te kiddies very soon. Including the shakeman mascot, free toys, balloons etc..

Bookings only though so they can prepare for the birthday boy/girl.

I had a look today but decided 155 baht for burger and 150 baht for shake could not compete with "Kitchen Plus" a few units down from them .... chicken fried rice, pork omelette , lychee slushie and a bottle of water 180 baht

lol Mick did your chicken fried rice taste like a burger?

You probally could have gone down to the food court and got the same chcken rice, pork omelete and slushie drink with bottle of water for 100 baht...

The boss mentioned also thai visa members get a 15% discount as stated above.

Or maybe if you really want a burger/hot dog you could even go two shops further down and pay 420 baht for the same burger with bacon and recieve salad and a few fries. Ive tasted both and i know whch one i would have with many choices of condiments hp brown sauce, yellow mustard etc...

The seller is not unreasonable asking for a reservation contract deposit, 10% is not standard , 3-5% is standard via most developments or home owners. This usualy secures the sale period of having the final contract drawn up or transfer via land office.

Once the seller recieves this payment he should take the home off the market . If for any reason you pull out of the sale , most cases you will lose the reservation deposit. In the reservation contract the owner usually stipulates a reasonable timescale for the finalised contract to be drawn , which in most cases is 4-6 weeks.

Escrow accounts are expensive and its down to the buyer in most circumstances to safeguard his depoit via a legal reservation contract which is agreed by both parties.

As their is no such thing as a job centre here, is their local job agencies, papers , websites

Or would it be just the case of having some business cards done and trawling shopping centres etc..
