As mentioned I'm away Tuesday evenin till Friday anyway, so unfortunately won't be joinin this week, but next week my name's back in th hat!

My ankle is thankfully not as bad as it probably could've been (and has been past times when I've twisted/sprained same), so with a bit of luck I'll be ready to rock n rolla' on Sunday 28th.

Champix worked for me... I had tried a few different methods but this was the only one that really worked. However, it is a very strong drug... I have used Champix twice.. (I started smoking again on holiday...dumb) Both times i have had the most amazing dreams every night... so realistic.. not always nightmares.. but crazy dreams..every night.. I was also very very moody.. I am moody anyway but my girlfriend said i was totally out of order. Suffered some sleeplessness but not bad.. NO SUICIDAL THOUGHTS...

My Dad who was a smoker for 40 years has finally given up using Champix... HE HAD NO SIDE EFFECTS WHATSOEVER... i was blown away.. he is a grumpy bastard anyway.. but he seemed to cheer up! (Now he is the most annoying reformed smoker you have met)

They did not work for a few friends of the family though so

Conclusion - I personally think they are great.. i think they stimulate a lot of brain activity and i guess that some might be bad activity for some people.

I do think that they are not some sort of magic pill so you still have to be ready to give up... Perhaps the people who are having these bad experiences are being pushed into doing something they are not ready/don't want to do...... and that may cause anyone to slide into depression...

All those times are ok for me.. i have a definite extra 1 that will come ( a friend who is staying with me for a couple of weeks) so that would be 9... I prob could drag 1 other along..

A little late to this thread... but.. i have just arrived in BKK and would really love to play some squash... I would not know if i am average or not.. as i have played a little before...

I have a squash court in the building i live in ! i only found it last week.. I have two rackets.. My friend and i have been playing a little but he is leaving at the end of the month...

I have been really enjoying the run-around so if anyone is up for it let me know... I am at Sukhumvit soi 59.. near Thong lo bts

The court is not new by any means but it is air-con etc... and is open till 10 ...
