My wife got pregnant while in the UK on a visit visa, we applied for her to stay in UK (altho we knew it would be refused) but I wanted our baby born there.

We knew she would have to return to Thailand to apply for settlement visa which has just been issued and we will to UK this month as a family.

Btw NHS charges were £4200 but that also incuded a C Sec birth

He pleaded guilty, was given 25 years and checked in to Chonburi Central Prison recently.

I am taking our baby to Thai Embassy in London today to apply for her Thai birth certificate & passport.

We booked this appointment at start of January and this was the 1st appointment they had. (delayed my holiday plans as it can take up to 8 weeks for them to process it although I am hoping they doing it quicker)

I go up there, Ban Sa Ngo about 29km before Bueng Kan itself, stay in Pakkhat, nice little place for 500bt, swimming pool great food.

i just downloaded wisepilot 5 day free trial to get me up to Bueng Kan (Nong Khai) and back, it done the job, then i have paid 2 quid for 1 month and it works a treat around bkk as i sat in a taxi going places

I have been in Thailand for 14 months on a non imm "O" I need to get a new visa shortly and want to know the best place for this.

I am 37,single,no Thai kids but do hold a lease agreement for a shop house.

I have been given so many different stories and advice that it has come to the point that I am completely confused,even so called visa shops give totally different advice.

Some say Philippines,some say Malaysia,some say Cambodia but others say that they will not do this now.

Is there anyone on this forum who has had recent 1st hand experience in succesfully obtaining this type of visa and what documentation is required.
