The agency say that if that 90 days visa based on children then they can help to do a year one without keeping 400,000 for 2 month.

That why my question was if i go again to Laos and make new Non-o visa based on children is its possible or not? Just how many 90 days non-o can do by thai law?

I make couple month ago 90 days  non-o visa  based on marriage certificate in Vientiane.

 

Now 90 days is finished and i just make a border run for get other 30 days.

 

If i travel to Laos and make a new 90 days non-o visa based on THAI CHILDREN this time.

 

Can be any problems with that? Just not find information how many 90 days non-o visas can i make.

P.s. I know that I could extend my 

married visa for a year, but my agency somehow couldn't do it without 400,000 keeping 2 month in the account.

My friend would like to make a  music festival for 8 days in different provinces.

 

Have some international bands would like to  play there. Is there any way to get permission from government for they can officially play at that trip ? For not make full work permit for everyone.

I live in Thailand long time but have job outside thailand (so not have work permit). Stay by family visa and have thai child.  

Can i buy a used car with down payment about 30% and finance from bank / shop somewhere in Pattaya / Bangkok?

Now my TR visa finished at 20 april, and i can go tomorrow and get another extension  30 days at immigration for 1900 thb.
But as i understood no need to go now? i should get automatic extension up to 30 April?
And then what should happened? Should i go on 30 april and still can get this 30 days for that TR visa?

Hello sure my question is similar with many people.

 

i come to Thailand and now stay on TR visa. 

My plan was to go out to Lao and change TR visa to Non-O visa (because of Thai child) which is impossible with closed borders. 

for that kind of visa can apply only out of the country or it’s possible to make in local immigration?

You will banned from entering the country for one year for an overstay longer than 90 days after paying the 20k baht fine on departure from the country.

Now they have more then 1 year overstay [emoji16]. Is need go out only from airport or can use land border / immigration office first for pay 20k?

Thanks everyone for answers .

They try to get visa from Phnom Phen Thai embassy.
But visa was refused.

So as I understand from recommendations before they can try another border to go inside Thailand with 30 days stamp .

Also they have idea to try get Thai visa from Laos. But I’m not sure that have any chance after visa was refused at Thai embassy Cambodia. Or ?

Tell me, please, to receiving this kind of visa, there are conditions to show 500k on the account for at least 30 days
Is it necessary to keep this money in Thai bank account?
Or will be enough to provide official certificate from your Embassy which confirming availability of this amount on your other accounts not in Thai banks.
(this method works fine with a pension visa, but i dont find about Non-o (guardian) visa.).
