Ratsima...yes, many bicycle goodies avaialble back in USA wjhen you go....believe it or not, WalMart has an excellent bicycle section! Hated to mention it, but they do...Bell bicycle helmets for $20. SLIME tubes run about $7. WalMart also has those cool little 12v air pumps for $6.
