HOUSE for RENT anyplace in ISAAN ?

My Gf and I live in Pattaya, and tired of it. We're also "exspecting" a new family member around new year - so, time to move.

Any reader here who live in ISAAN, who know about any house for rent between 5-10.000 rent monthly ?

Would like in/near town, house 0-3 year max. Well maintained and look nice.

2-3 beds, secure and quiet location would be a dream.

We are both quiet people, no party animals or drinkers - so good teenant promised.

If you know any nice "New" house for rent - "pm" me, or post it here pls.

Firstly, Thanks to those guys who could read, and come with friendly ADVICE / INFO. There are nice "good guys" here , who realy have good ideas/advice, but not many

Then we have those of you, (with 100+ of postings), who think you know everything, and always have a "not nice" kind of "comment" to everybody " who "dare" to post anything here". ( do any wonder why its usually only the same "ol guys" who's posting here ? = dont wonder anymore. U get what U make).

AM I WRONG - or is the purpose of this web page to be INFORMATIVE and HELP other foreigners who visit or live here ? ? ?

So, what's the use of "name calling" or :"you must be very desperate" and things like that ?

Or to complain on those who ask question asked before ? TRY to find a question who hasn't been asked already - try.

And why waste weeks to surf all postings here, when it takes only 3-5 minutes to write a new (old/repeated topic) ?

And, many topics get OLD, very fast, and need to be repeated ( ask for a good restaurant 6 months ago, might bee "history" today, because the restaurant might have changed owner (and menu) twice in the past six months ( do u get my point )?

LET ME PULL THE CAT OUT OF THE HAT: i DO live in Thailand, and have been doing so since 2000. I live here OK ? So to be called desperate or stupid, just dont fit. I have time to let "What happends - happend". I am not here on a 2-3 weeks holiday, as a sex tourist.

I speak Thai aprox 75% according to my Thai friends, so I am not exactly a "virgin" in that field either. My friends are Thai, I not see many foreigners before now, when I moved to Bangkok.

I have lived in 3 different towns in Thailand these years, and I claim that the dating scene is quit different from town to town - and thats why I posted my original post to this topic : TO GET GOOD ADVICE and FRIENDLY INFO.

I do NOT run around town, drawling, look like a maniac, desperate in search of a good girl. Neither to I exspect any "Menu" about where to find Miss Thailand, who will fall for "my extreme handsome look, my millions of dollars, nor my alter ego".

MODERATOR : i guess you not have time to read the postings here, before they get "Online". If you want to keep this web page informative, useful and helpful -- a lot of changes need to be done.

Suppose you not have time, get someone else to sensor postings and replies, BEFORE they get online ( keep all new postings offline until they have been sensored), so this web page can continue in a positive and helpful way.

The language some people here use, is below the belt, in many cases. Also the hostility and hormons seems to be too big, in many replies.

2 BEDROOM apartment in Korat = "Simanakhon Condominium", tel 044 293256 - 65. Adress is 132 Midtapab - Nongkag road, Muang Korat.

Rent is 8.000 and 1 months Dep. Total B 16.000 when check in.

aprox 73 sqm with living room, 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom ,2 small balconies, but ...... it;s unfurnished ! .

It's a 15 floor highrise building. So no Aircon or hot water shower ( you can buy and install at your own cost). 12 channel Cable TV, only 1 english speaking TV channel. (star movies).

Have 24 hour security, 3 in-house restaurant who deliver to your room, laundry + laundry machines.

Not a new place, many young people (students) live there, so can be loud sometimes.

This is the only place I managed to find myself - also looking for a 2R Apt.

Location :centally in town, opposite new Bus station and St Mary Hospital, same side as BIG - C, aprox 500 meters distance.

Just moved to Muang KORAT , and would like to find friends here. Dont know much about the town yet, or any nightlife. Have explored The Mall, Big-C, Klang Plaza - but that's it.

I am Scandinavian (In my 40', single and looking for my princess ). Been here in Thailand 4 years now, and speak Thai ok. Not a heavy drinker, only occasional, do smoke and enjoy social life. Tired of tourist places and want to live a normal life. Now look for good honest friends, who dont borrow money from eachother, or make a pass on your buddies wife, or speak bad about anyone. Real friendship is the *keywords*.

Hello all.

I am newbie in KORAT and would like some advice how to get in contact with a nice lady here. Get many smiles from the ladies, in The Mall, Klang Plaza, Big-C. But when I (speak Thai) try to talk to them, they all seems to be sho shy.

Havent got any foreign or Thai friend here yet (who could have intro me to his gf/wife other friends), as I am a "newbie" in Korat - so any advice would be appreciated.

60 DAYS TOURIST VISA GET 30 DAYS EXTENSION.

Extended my 60 days Tourist visa THIS month = 30 days extra for b 1.900 in Pattaya. So you get 1 months extension on your 60 days visa !

NON immigrant "O" Visa is (almost?) impossibel to get these days. Went to Malaysia - Thai Consulate in Khota Baru - THEY ONLY ISSUE 60 DAYS TOURIST Visa now, new head of staff ..... ( 2 ENTRY OK ) (NO MULTIPLE).

Khota Baru have the previous 4 years always granted me a NON O Visa, even i am younger than 50,and single, but meet the b 800.000 criteria and can proof it.

Have also email many Embassy / Consulate, near Thailand. ALL answer the same : " we only issue Tourist Visa" (if not married, no company, ...........)

My older farang friends also ONLY get Tourist Visa these days. Something have shure happend, much stricter these days. I dont know about farangs married, my "post" is SOLELY for single farangs, without a "company" or a "work permit".

Wish people would stop write empty/not confirmed rumors here, check the fact yourself, before you "post" anything here.
