    Today I was at Korat Immi. I had 2 normal white pages with 2 color photos on each page. I was very happy to have an online appointment. The waiting room was full, but I had to wait only 10 min and my number was called. Do not forget to be around 30 min before your appointment there so that you have enough time for filling out some additional papers. The service was excellent and friendly as always.

    I have to go tomorrow to Korat Immi for marriage extension. I made 2 pages normal printer paper with 2 color photos each. If they want B/W I can get a copy opposite the street. More important is that they can see the house number.

    Just be careful. If she wants to be ugly, she calls the Immigration police and tell them that you are working at your house, and therefore you take away jobs from the Thai people. I know from a neighbor who got in real trouble about this, and it did cost him a lot of cash to stay in Thailand. That was 10 years ago.

    Our countries should start doing the same thing only with Thai People. Maybe that would be the only thing that helps.....

    Some people are not happy in their own Country, and look for the negative things in other ones. And most times, they forget to look at themselves.........!

    Yes, I got dengue 15 years ago in Hua Hin. I was two weeks at San Paulo Hospital and lucky to stay alive. It took 3 months till I could walk stairs alone. After 6 months I was ready to do normal life again

    I put some Naphthalene Balls around the house and that's enough to keep snakes and other animals away.

    I just would read Step 3 (as I understand my higher power) and maybe get a bit more into the 12 Traditions.

    I'm an AA too and my higher power are the AA members. There is enough literature around. No need to get more from a bloke who thinks that he has the big wisdom about AA!

    Sins I stay a few years in Thailand, I had to learn that Thais only sopping for zebras at a zebra crossing. Should be not difficult to learn!

    Your passport number will change every 5 or 10 years, and you know how "easy" it is to change something like that.

    With my pink ID, which I get only with the yellow book, I can be registered at the government Hospital. If I get sick or have an accident, every government hospital in Thailand can get my history through my ID card number. That could be very helpful.
