  1. I know English standards in Thailand are bad but if you're going to make a banner to hold up at a protest, you should at least make sure all the words at the spelled correctly.

Since when did <deleted> have an 'e' in it?

Just another day in the Land of Xenophobia.

Yes pinkpanter99 and in your country, Thai standards are great.

  2. So even though Mr Kirwan has been to Thailand in the past, all of a sudden him and a friend visit an establishment that sells younger girls, and he decides to move him and his entire family to Thailand to stop this. Sounds a little fishy to me. To make such a big move with him and his family just doesn't work for me. I know we'll probably never hear anything more on this story, unless they find there is something fishy about M. Kirwan. Yes I am probably whatever the word is for being doubtful.

  3. That vast right wing conspiracy made her do it. What is really bad are the people, in light of the mounting evidence, are still supporting her.

Whatever it might be, it certainly is vast laugh.png

The vast array of Trump troopers are on the march again.

Not every Trump trooper is posting to the thread, but a good number of 'em are here. A lot of easily recognisable rightwingers are here too. Showing all of the mounting evidence they have of high crimes and low misdemeanors. gigglem.gif

There were Hogan's Heroes and now there are Trump's Troopers.

October 22nd former SecState Clinton will enter the lion's den of the Republican controlled US House of Representatives to meet the Ben Ghazi email tea party committee in a face to face partisan political brawl that will expose the lunar rightwing Republican committee and their desperate inquisition, so I'm looking forward to this unique television spectacular.

It certainly can't be as fun as watching the Republican/Tea Party Debates.

  4. Thank goodness this girl has the courage to speak out concerns for the safety of the little baby. The baby will go to Spain with a gay couple barely married 3 years. In Spain there will never be any checks on this child's well being. They were married barely a year, when they endeavoured to get their first child. All the Thai girl wants is to at least be able to go and check on the little girl sometimes. She was made to believe this child would be going to America with a mother and a father. She has every right to be concerned for the child's well being. Since she brought the girl into this world, she has a duty to make sure the baby will be cared for correctly.

She said she would never have accepted if she knew the truth.

The contract is void, due to deception. Even I am a little worried about the future of this little girl.

Just take back the money given to her. Since she is so concerned about her daughter. Let it go. I'm sure some Thai man will now want her without all the money she was paid. Breach of contract.

  5. hooooooooooot.

This guy is smiling. Nothing like spending dollars in Thailand, and getting a pay raise, while Obama refuses to increase my retirement.

The world kind of evens things out, regardless. Enjoying the windfall.

Sounds more like the white cracker Republican/Tea Party that refuses to increase your retirement. Oh and now this same party wants to raid Social Security again to pay for transportation improvements rather than raise the gas tax which hasn't been raised in over a decade.

  6. Does Surat Thani airport even have immigration, i dont think it does, why would they be fined there anyway, they were departing Thailand BKK, either badly reported or some BS being written

And 7 × 500 doesnt equal THB10500 BTW if it was genuine fine they overstayed 21 days

    1 If 7 days = THB 3500

    2 overstayed 21 days

    3 scammed by someone

    4 someone is writing BS

A few factual things wrong with this story

Yes it does have immigration & customs & they are very strict.

Yes immigration is strict, I got detained because my passport got a little be wet during Songran. Some characters got a little runny. They stopped me when I was about to fly home and said do not attempt to come back with this passport, it will not be accepted.

  7. So, come on members of the hang 'em high club, what are you waiting for?

I was waiting for the computer to warm up...

more seriously, this is disproportionate to the crime committed by far. and there hundreds of

other cases that people got away with much with less jail time,

Thai justice, much can be said about it, being fair, above board and proportional are not

what I would have described it...

let's hope that an appeal in front of other non hanging judges will reduce the term significantly....

The problem is these people go to these foreign countries and know what the penalties are but still do it. Like the saying goes 'If you can't do the time, don't do the crime'.

  8. Thiland is one of the few countries that do not require 6 month validity upon entry, it only has to be valid for the corrent permission to stay She should be okay. If she has a problem at checkin ask to speak to the suorvisor and have them check the IATA regulations. Hope she has a re-entry permit otherwise her retirement extension will be invalid and she will only get a 30 day visa exempt entry.

Not sure if your correct wayned. Got this quote:

    Passports:

To enter Thailand, a passport valid for six months is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.
