I have lived separately from my Thai girlfriend for 13 years. I much prefer living on my own.

I know this has been asked many times but where is a re-entry permit issued on leaving at Suvarnabhumi please? The Aseannow search engine is no help whatsoever in finding previous discussions of this.

The extra paperwork for which Thailand if famous will be enough to cause some to keep their time in Thailand below the 180 days thus depriving Thailand of the spending … perhaps to be spent in another lower cost country.
Yes I agree. Im a Snowbird and Im already calculating when I can return to Thailand in October to keep under 180 days for 2024. It will be more than a week later than when I would normally return. My 1st week or so I normally spend in hotels at the beach so Thailand will now lose that income as I will travel straight to my NE residence.

They also now & scrape to scam buyers & then try screwing the seller over. I was selling heaps there years ago with never a problem and a big rating but as you said they are going down quickly. I won't do anything there ever again
Scam buyers? Its the scam sellers; mainly Chinese, that are now the problem on ebay UK now. And ebay favours them in any dispute hiding behind their dodgy returns guarantee policy and an incomprehensible procedural maze to get a refund. Unlike Lazada which I am really impressed with. Very easy and straightforward to return faulty goods and a refund follows automatically without having to claim.

Senile old men like Biden and Putin in charge of the worlds safety is scary.
And with whacko Trump chomping at the bit on the side lines what chance have we got? As my dear late grandad used to say: "we are all going to hell in a hand cart...lol.

Here we go. The expansion of the Gaza war that Biden claimed to want avoid just kicked off. The US will retaliate, they will retaliate to the US retaliation and the next thing is more American boys coming home in body bags.
I just hope no other nation gets involved in it.
Thank you Benjamin Nutanyahu!

On January 25th, news broke of a foreign man, Mr. Stefan Claudio Specogna, aged 32 and a Swiss national, sustaining injuries to his right arm from a buffalo bear at his residence in Nong Pao village, Muang Ngai sub-district, Chiang Dao district, Chiang Mai. Mr. Specogna, a wildlife volunteer, was providing food to the bear when the incident occurred.

Emergency responders from Phra That Puakam municipality and Muang Ngai sub-district rushed to the scene to find a large buffalo bear in the compound. The injured man's right arm was severely damaged from the elbow down. He was transported to Chiang Dao Hospital for urgent medical treatment.
Preliminary inquiries revealed that the buffalo bear had been properly cared for by the local wildlife foundation in accordance with the law. The bear had originally been under the supervision of Doi Pha Daeng National Park in Chiang Dao since 1993, reported Daily News.
Due to various constraints, the foundation took over its care later, and tragically, during a routine feeding, the volunteer's arm was bitten by the bear, prompting the swift intervention of the rescue team to extract the injured limb.

I’m not sure what you are saying
I’m talking about international arrivals
even at the Chiang Mai airport international arrivals counter there is a bit of paper that says present boarding pass. My boarding pass is in my Apple iOS wallet or in the trash on the airplane. If that is is unacceptable they can check their records or even send me back. I do not care. Requirement? Utter pish
I have flown to Thailand hundreds of times over 26 years asked for a “boarding pass “ a hand full of times. Meaning 3-5 times
It has only been required since the tm6 was abolished a few years ago.

It's seven calendar days, no matter if some of those days are week-end or holidays. So if your due date is a Sunday, the latest you can do your report is the following Friday (assuming that's not a holiday).
Don't you mean the previous Friday?
